    We recommend pre-pending the old products with “zzz_” to indicate that they are no longer available, so that they are at the end of the list, and so that you can still run reports for products that are no longer sold

    Some of my most important meetings are set by someone who is not within my organization and are recurring. These third parties set these meetings up without an end date, and they get deleted by the sync. I see this as a critical product flaw.
