  1. iphone handling of alpha UDF's needs improving

    If there is a text udf field with more than 36 characters with an iPhone you can't edit any further than the 36 characters.
    Tap to bring up key board then hold to mark where the edit to take place. Drag to right and curser won't go past the box edge and the text won't scroll to the left. This was a problem on the old version and no change on the latest v2017R2.

  2. Retrieval of Companies with Contacts underneath each company, even if the company name is the same.

    When retrieving companies and contacts, Maximizer used to retrieve the contacts directly under the company, and then the next company would have it's contacts directly under it. Now, it retrieves the companies and the contacts beneath all the companies. We have many companies with the same name but different branches / divisions. This retrieval is vital to many of our requirements. Even if you try and sort on ID no, it does now always put the company first and then the contacts.     When you check your calendar in the MobileAccess., you do not see the special hollidays like Good Friday or Christmas.

  4. Auto Download into Max all communications between client and staff Mobile Device.

    So texting is the major form of communication between our clients and our staff. They send and receive confidential information over each of their mobile devices. Maximizer can develop a secure ID and PW for those 2 devices to communicate. Then each person has to set there own "MAX TEXT COMMS. SECURE" set up. Each will agree to Terms. Each will receive a secure verification email to confirm this set up. Then every time their is a text comm. between those 2 devices it automatically is entered into that Clients "Notes(including the image that was sent if applicable).

  5. Allow Column Displays in Mobile Access in Phone Mode

    Currently with Mobile Access you need to select between Phone and Tablet modes.
    - Phone mode gives you dialing capabilities from within Maximizer but no column view
    - Tablet mode allows you to see the column view but no dial out

    My suggestion would be to limit the parameters as follows:
    - Phone mode allows you to dial out from your device (WiFi / Cell depending on availability on given device)
    - Tablet mode toggles the column views regardless if it is a phone or tablet

    Work on mobile access is no longer a part of our strategy. allowing for column setups to be displayed in the mobile app is not not available at this time.

    Within the app, we do allow for you to select up 5 additional fields to be displayed within the lists of the main modules

  6. "Comapny Announcements" page in Max Mobile

    The people on the road using mobile need to see the Company Announcements more than those here at the office on a desktop.

    Create a new function in Maximizer Mobile - Create Forms. Forms are being used more and more these days being Google Forms and other Mobile apps. I think this would open up a great new feature for Maximizer Mobile and it would be great if it's also accessible via Maximizer Web. Creating a new Icon in Max Mobile called Forms. With this you can create forms with existing UDFs in Maximizer or create new ones.   8. Android native email connector

    We need a way to be able to create an opportunity from withing native android email the same way as office365 web version (outlook is useless on android if you can't flag an email as complete)

  10. Show all addresses in the Mobile Access

    Hi, We have customers who have set up multiple addresses per company. E.g. Visiting address, P.O. Box etc. In Mobile access only the selected address is listed. For mobile access mostly you go to the Visiting address. In Webaccess you will just use the PO Box address to merge to a document. So this is a huge conflict in use of the Mobile users and the users that want to use the addresses for Merges with MS WORD. My idea is to have an option to show each address in the Mobile Access, Users should each set it for themselves…

  11. Mobile Access to have a Preference for whether to show blank keyfield UDF's or not

    Often it would be of benefit to have all UDF's in a Keyfield setup showing, whether they are empty or not. Sure the option exists each time to hit the button to show the empty ones, but why not make it a Preference to take away the effort every time

  12. Change the customization Resource_ID FLD_ABOOK_ADDR to multiple customization ID's

    My request is to split the FLDABOOKADDR Resource_ID in multiple Resource ID's. When I customize this ID to a different value, Address line 1 and 2 will both be changed in the Mobile Access. The 1: and 2: that are displayed in the Mobile Access are not a part of the Resource ID. So we can't even change that part.
    In the webaccess you can seperately customize the Address line 1 and 2. so this should be the same as the mobile access customization.

  13. Add a conflict check for booking a resource via mobile

    We've encountered 'double booking' in a boardroom on 2 occasions now in the past few weeks because there is no conflict checking for a resource. For example if I set a meeting on my phone, and book a resource (boardroom) it will allow me to do so even though another user may already have the boardroom booked. We need a conflict check. Better still would be to have the option of seeing the resource in your calendar via your phone same as you do on your desktop/laptop.

  15. Maximizer Mobile Access UDF's - folders not available and UDF's do not follow the order set in Maximizer CRM Administrator

    Maximizer Mobile Access is a significant improvement on its predecessors. However, there is a major inconvenience: after opening up a client or contact record, the UDF folders that we have spent time creating according to our particular requirements are not there. To make matters worse, the UDF's themselves appear in alpha order! All of the time spent deciding what order UDF's should be in to maximize user performance is out the window!

    Voice search for Companies / Contacts (full name) in MaxMobile. Bing and Google apps take advantage of the voice command features on mobile phones and submit the text to their search engines. Can voice be captured, converted to text and sent through the MaxMobile webservice to search on names?

  17. Email a link that takes a user directly to a record

    Our sales people are always on the road and when a client calls, we send an email to the sales person for them to call the client. To do so, we either have to send them the name and phone number or they have to try and do a search in Maxmobile. It would be so much easier if you could send them a link that would take them directly to the clients record so they have easier access to all the clients information instead of having to try and do a search and hope you recall how to spell…

  20. It would be great if the timer was available in Mobile Access

    By having the timer available in Mobile Access then site visits etc could be timed & appear as Timed Notes against the AB entry which allows use of the Note Report for billing support purposes
