Saved Searches (Search Catalogs) don't Prompt for Values in Mobile Access
If you create a Search Catalog with the option to "Prompt for Values" in the Windows/Web Access, then retrieve this Saved Search in the Mobile Access, it doesn't Prompt for Values - it just retrieves the search with the values you created it with, which is not ideal.

Allow Column Displays in Mobile Access in Phone Mode
Currently with Mobile Access you need to select between Phone and Tablet modes.
- Phone mode gives you dialing capabilities from within Maximizer but no column view
- Tablet mode allows you to see the column view but no dial outMy suggestion would be to limit the parameters as follows:
- Phone mode allows you to dial out from your device (WiFi / Cell depending on availability on given device)

Maximizer Mobile Access UDF's - folders not available and UDF's do not follow the order set in Maximizer CRM Administrator
Maximizer Mobile Access is a significant improvement on its predecessors. However, there is a major inconvenience: after opening up a client or contact record, the UDF folders that we have spent time creating according to our particular requirements are not there. To make matters worse, the UDF's themselves appear in alpha order! All of the time spent deciding what order UDF's should be in to maximize user performance is out the window!

Saving emails to cases
When out on the road, it would be extremely useful to have the option to save emails to cases from a mobile to keep everyone up to date with the information. Currently I have to wait until I am back with my laptop to save the email via the Outlook Web Access toolbar.

Ability to Modify Document (Email) Properties in Mobile Access
When you send an email in Mobile Access, you do not get the option to modify the Document Name (it automatically uses the subject line of the email), add a Document Description, assign a Category, or change the Owner (it defaults to Public)
This is the same with the Web Access (see http://suggestions.maximizer.com/forums/123601-feature-suggestions-for-maximizer-crm/suggestions/2803111-when-emailing-from-maximizer-allow-the-user-to-ins) but at least you can modify the Properties of the Document afterwards.
In the Documents window in Mobile Access, the only option you get is to Open or Delete the Document - you cannot modify the Properties. This is a problem if remote users need to…

In the environment that I work in, some users would like to be able to search for specific criteria and send a text message to mobile customer about promotional information or invitations to events.

MaxMobile Voice Search
Voice search for Companies / Contacts (full name) in MaxMobile. Bing and Google apps take advantage of the voice command features on mobile phones and submit the text to their search engines. Can voice be captured, converted to text and sent through the MaxMobile webservice to search on names?

Disable "remember me" on Web/Mobile Access
Add in a configuration option for Web/Mobile portals to hide the "remember me" checkbox.
One of my clients pointed out that they consider this a security issue, as we shift more towards web and mobile, that they would prefer to not have this option available on their portals at all.

Show all addresses in the Mobile Access
Hi, We have customers who have set up multiple addresses per company. E.g. Visiting address, P.O. Box etc. In Mobile access only the selected address is listed. For mobile access mostly you go to the Visiting address. In Webaccess you will just use the PO Box address to merge to a document. So this is a huge conflict in use of the Mobile users and the users that want to use the addresses for Merges with MS WORD. My idea is to have an option to show each address in the Mobile Access, Users should each set it for themselves…

MaxMobile Support for BlackBerry Z10 & Q10 vs Maximizer Mobile Access
In testing Maximizer CRM 12 Summer 2013 CTP, I asked if there was support for BlackBerry OS 10 (https://getsatisfaction.com/maximizerctp/topics/maxmobile_for_blackberry_os_10).
The answer back was that support for BB OS10 was not planned and the suggestion made was to use Maximizer Mobile Access instead.
In order to completely replace MaxMobile for the BlackBerry, there are at least three very deficient areas in Maximizer Mobile Access that [b]must[/b] be improved:

Save emails to a contact from device
The ability to respond to emails from the device and have them save to maximizer is essential. Otherwise having to go to full web version to log emails is a cumbersome work around.

Save Emails to Maximizer using your mobile devices.
The idea is to receive emails from client directly in your mobile and be able to sync with maximizer email record. This way there is less time to go to outlook and sync the emails/replies/forwards individually.

iphone handling of alpha UDF's needs improving
If there is a text udf field with more than 36 characters with an iPhone you can't edit any further than the 36 characters.
Tap to bring up key board then hold to mark where the edit to take place. Drag to right and curser won't go past the box edge and the text won't scroll to the left. This was a problem on the old version and no change on the latest v2017R2.5 votesis this still an issue with the native application?

follow-up deadline is approaching
When we get hotlist notifications for CS Cases, it just says "My follow-up deadline is approaching". On mobile access it is not easy to see who this is for, so could the text be changed to say "My follow-up deadline with XXX is approaching".

Reply to mobile email
Currently you can only view saved emails in the mobile client. I suggest adding the ability to reply or forward emails as well.

Maximizer Mobile - Create Mobile Forms
Create a new function in Maximizer Mobile - Create Forms. Forms are being used more and more these days being Google Forms and other Mobile apps. I think this would open up a great new feature for Maximizer Mobile and it would be great if it's also accessible via Maximizer Web. Creating a new Icon in Max Mobile called Forms. With this you can create forms with existing UDFs in Maximizer or create new ones.
