Allow Column Displays in Mobile Access in Phone Mode
Currently with Mobile Access you need to select between Phone and Tablet modes.
- Phone mode gives you dialing capabilities from within Maximizer but no column view
- Tablet mode allows you to see the column view but no dial out
My suggestion would be to limit the parameters as follows:
- Phone mode allows you to dial out from your device (WiFi / Cell depending on availability on given device)
- Tablet mode toggles the column views regardless if it is a phone or tablet
Work on mobile access is no longer a part of our strategy. allowing for column setups to be displayed in the mobile app is not not available at this time.
Within the app, we do allow for you to select up 5 additional fields to be displayed within the lists of the main modules

Totally Agree! Would be very useful to be able to change the column setup in Address Book, Opportunities and Customer Service on the Mobile Access.
