Hide or remove redundant groups
In a new database there are security groups that appear to be redundant now, for example "Crystal Reports Users". Can you simplify by not creating these in new address books?

Searching Area Codes in Maximizer
Within Maximizer it seems like you are not able to search by just Area Codes as when you do it will also search for numbers that has the area code anywhere within the number.
It would be nice to have that ability in order to sort certain clients in the database

Note Search and/or Documents Search to be able to include only emails with attachments
From a client : It is sometimes important for us to be able to quickly see what has been sent to a particular person for the purposes of due diligence in negotiations.
This could be achieved by running a report that listed all of the attachments which were sent to a particular person. I know we are able to individually go through the documents tab in max and obtain the attachments from there (which is what I did this time) but if there were hundreds of emails this would prove to be a bit time consuming.

Take out the words "To do" in hotlist task
An empty box should show up when you go to start a new task, so you don't have to delete the words "To do" each time

Allow for drag and drop for company documents
we do not use this feature as it takes for ever to upload 100+ documents 1 at a time when you go thru a new Rez across the board.
you should allow for dragging and dropping folders with sub folders just like Dropbox.com

Outlook - address book integration
it would be nice if maximizer could sync with a specific address book folder just for maximizer data. This way one could keep the original outlook address book folder distinct from the maximizer one. This would be very helpful to avoiding duplications of contacts.

Share link to address book entry, opportunity, customer service case or other via email
It would be nice to be able to send a link to a fellow user that would take them directly to an entry instead of having to make them search for it themselves. Such as when a client calls and reception emails sales about the call, they could include a link that would open on their phone, tablet or computer and after logging in, go directly to the entry.

Allow Birthdate Field Mapping For Outlook Contact Sync
Similar to the previous idea of being able to customize the mapping for address fields when syncing between Maximizer and Outlook, it would be ideal if we could also have the Birthdate field sync with contact records in Outlook so that we do not have to rely on creating recurring hotlist tasks in Maximizer for Birthdate reminders.

Add Export to Excel to the lIst under Actions
Rather than just having a small icon, add "Export to Excel" in the list under Actions in the navigation bar

allow a contact to be added from the Hotlist
A new company contact can only be added from the Address book, not the Hotlist window, whereas I spend most of my time in the Hotlist

Transfer notes and cases
When deleting a user in the Administrator you are presented with a prompt to "Transfer Notes to Another User". I don't see anything in the Help or User Guide that provides details about this prompt. I suggest that the prompt advise that you are transferring private notes. It currently implies that all notes will be transferred. Similar suggestion for the case transfer prompt.

Import - duplicate checking for companies and individuals with company names
When you import a database, it will not find a duplicate company if that entrant is an individual, only if it's a company with a contact

Include attachments with email templates
How amazing it would be to be able to create email templates that include file attachments.
To be able to eliminate the tedious navigation for files that are sent out regularly would make life so much simpler.

Allow for mass upload in Knowledge Base
it is really painful to have to upload each document one at a time.
zen desk allows for drag and drop multiple files, same with zoho
