    I completely agree! We are coming from Outlook calendar where you can create colour categories for meeting types. We are a dynamic office that all shares one calendar, with only one colour option per user our calendar is just a block of one colour. We have different meeting preparation processes based on if it is for a client, a prospect, a business connection, volunteer board meetings, ect.
    I am astonished that this is not already a functionality of Maximizer when they have so many more dynamic features. I have never seen a calendar that can't be colour coded.
