Yes, I know this is a necro-post but there's no solution that I can see yet. Here's what I did in case anyone else runs into the same issue and is feeling brave. I am using SQL to insert rows into the AMGR_Email_Profile_Tbl directly. You need to figure out what number represents each email type but the rest of the fields are pretty straightforward. Disclaimer - test it first, if it breaks something, don't blame me for it :-). Waiting for a stern warning from someone.
