Search on ALL Basic Fields and User Defined Fields in Mobile Access
You should be able to search on any field in Mobile Access, whether it is a Basic Field or a User Defined Field. Ideally, you should be able to do a complex search on several criteria, but at the very least you should be able to search on ALL Basic Fields, such as Town or Zip/Postcode.
I know you can also retrieve a Saved Search or Favourite List, but you can't create new Search Catalogs or Favourite Lists in Mobile Access, so would have to set this up in the Web/Windows Access first, which isn't ideal. Also, "Prompt for Values"…

Allow for subject lines on calls or meetings requests on iPads to wireless portal
When logging a telephone call or scheduling a meeting they have set up specific “subject” options for the staff to choose from for them to enable proper reporting. Allow iPads to either access the Web Portal or add this functionality into the wireless portal.

We would like to have the option to display the city, state and/or country along with the company name in the Mobile search results
When doing an address book search by customer the results only show the customer name and you have to click each one to find any more details. This is cumbersome for us because we have many “distinct” contacts that have the same company name but different locations. We would like to have the option to display the city, state and/or country along with the company name in the search results. Currently there doesn’t appear to be an option to do this. We are currently running the Winter 2012 version of Maximizer.
Ideally in the results under the company name(maybe in…

Maximizer Mobile Access - Mandatory UDF's
A UDF that is marked as mandatory in Maximizer CRM is not mandatory when creating a new Address Book entry in Maximizer Mobile Access.
Mobile Access should follow the rules set in Maximizer CRM!
Thanks,
John

Maximizer Mobile app - multiple currencies
It seems in the opportunity preview on the CRM 2018 mobile app, the currency is ALWAYS in Dollars. We use ZAR (South African Rand) but it doesn't update in the mobile application. Please update Maximizer, so this is corrected.
Only when you open the opportunity in Maximizer mobile does it show the correct currency you are working in. This is a system glitch that needs to be fixed.14 votesif multiple currencies has been set up in the main system, the mobile app will read those values and allow you set the currency

Completing Maximizer appointments via Mobile Access should be simplified
To complete an appointment using Mobile Access once the appointment has been opened:
- Actions Menu drop down (top-right)
- Select "Modify"
- Expand "Other Fields"
- 'Check' the "Completed" box
- Hit "Save" at the top-right.Along with these steps it irequires too much scrolling just to mark an appointment as complete. Perhaps the location of the "Completed" check box would be better served near the top.
Currently using a Samsung Nexus on the Android OS
10 votesto complete an appointment, you can either
1. open the appointment to view it and mark it complete
2. from the hotlist, slide the appointment to the left -

Edit the note properties (Date and Time) in the MobileAccess
On creating a note in MobileAccess, users cannot change the note date and time, even when the user has the privilege of changing the note properties in the webaccess.
A lot of user's use time and date to show the date of visits or other contacts with customers.

Mobile Access - Better ways to handle the Record Limitation
Currently, the message that you have "exceeded 200 results..." when performing a search on web access is very frustrating for a lot of users, especially since no results are ever displayed when the error is present.
I suggest some methods to make this a little less frustrating:
- CS Cases/Opps: Allow to refine by Case Creation/Opp Close Date
- Show the first 200 results regardless
- Show the first 200 results, ordered by date (so the newest appear at the top of the list)
8 votesi believe the mobile app does this better. there is still a limit, but we show data initially and provide sorting capability
-
Option to set startup screen similar to that on Desktop/Web access.
Instead of showing the different modules, allow per-user setting to choose between My Work Day, Dashboards, Address Book, Opp etc as the start screen and if in a module with data/list content, to be able to choose a default Saved Search to return.
8 votesyou can drag the module you want to the top of the menu options and this will be your start screen
