Add Categories dropdown to Create Appointment in Mobile Access
We have a client who is increasingly reliant on day-to-day use of the Mobile Access portal. When creating an Appointment in Mobile Access there is no ability to select from the Categories dropdown, which is available in Windows and Web Access.
The Create Appointment screen should be able to show all of the available options without compromising the simplicity of the Mobile design.

Mobile access, please add cache to the Mobile Access.
Add cache to the mobile access.
When I retrieve a saved search, I have a list of for example 38 contacts. When I do a search for a contact that is not on that same list, I can't return to the saved search where I started with. I have to retrieve my saved search again to go to the first search result. There is no cache available in the mobile access.
2 votesthe native app keeps the last search always fresh (while online) so you do not have to re-select it. it will also cache the search so in the event that you are offline, the list is still visible.

Maximizer Mobile Access - Mandatory UDF's
A UDF that is marked as mandatory in Maximizer CRM is not mandatory when creating a new Address Book entry in Maximizer Mobile Access.
Mobile Access should follow the rules set in Maximizer CRM!
Thanks,
John

We would like to have the option to display the city, state and/or country along with the company name in the Mobile search results
When doing an address book search by customer the results only show the customer name and you have to click each one to find any more details. This is cumbersome for us because we have many “distinct” contacts that have the same company name but different locations. We would like to have the option to display the city, state and/or country along with the company name in the search results. Currently there doesn’t appear to be an option to do this. We are currently running the Winter 2012 version of Maximizer.
Ideally in the results under the company name(maybe in…

Currently there is no easy way to retrieve resolved customer services related to a customer in mobile access.
Provide the ability to search customer service cases in mobile access by company or contact whether or not the case is open or resolved. The case number may not be readily available when retrieving the details of the case.

CRM Live Calendar options on the iPad using Mobile Access
A customer recently told us that they don't really like the CRM Live calendar and how it's tabulated and displayed on the iPad. They would prefer to see options for monthy and weekly views like the older desktop version. They are using Mobile Access.

My favorite contacts on Mobile Access
This is to provide a quick way for user to access frequently used contacts on their mobile phone.
The way to create this list also need to be very simple. When you are display the information for the Address Book entry, simply click on the star icon (or whatever design we have for the icon) on the page to mark the entry as a mobile favorite.
Internally, this is just a special personal favorite list for mobile access.

Creator of note visibile in the overview menu
A customer of us has the following suggestions/wish.
It would be helpful to see who created the note in the overview of the note list instead of having to open every single not to see the creator.
There should be enough space available within the overview to have the creator mentioned directly there and it will save a lot of time.

Completing Maximizer appointments via Mobile Access should be simplified
To complete an appointment using Mobile Access once the appointment has been opened:
- Actions Menu drop down (top-right)
- Select "Modify"
- Expand "Other Fields"
- 'Check' the "Completed" box
- Hit "Save" at the top-right.Along with these steps it irequires too much scrolling just to mark an appointment as complete. Perhaps the location of the "Completed" check box would be better served near the top.
Currently using a Samsung Nexus on the Android OS

Improve the ability to navigate away from Mobile Access without having to press Log In every time you go back to it.
This issue relates to the iPhone 4S. Most other apps take you back to the same screen when you move to other apps. This appears to always occur and does not have anything to do with the timeout.

Allow for subject lines on calls or meetings requests on iPads to wireless portal
When logging a telephone call or scheduling a meeting they have set up specific “subject” options for the staff to choose from for them to enable proper reporting. Allow iPads to either access the Web Portal or add this functionality into the wireless portal.

Mobile Access - Better ways to handle the Record Limitation
Currently, the message that you have "exceeded 200 results..." when performing a search on web access is very frustrating for a lot of users, especially since no results are ever displayed when the error is present.
I suggest some methods to make this a little less frustrating:
- CS Cases/Opps: Allow to refine by Case Creation/Opp Close Date
- Show the first 200 results regardless
- Show the first 200 results, ordered by date (so the newest appear at the top of the list)
