Edit the note properties (Date and Time) in the MobileAccess
On creating a note in MobileAccess, users cannot change the note date and time, even when the user has the privilege of changing the note properties in the webaccess.
A lot of user's use time and date to show the date of visits or other contacts with customers.

Maximizer Mobile app - multiple currencies
It seems in the opportunity preview on the CRM 2018 mobile app, the currency is ALWAYS in Dollars. We use ZAR (South African Rand) but it doesn't update in the mobile application. Please update Maximizer, so this is corrected.
Only when you open the opportunity in Maximizer mobile does it show the correct currency you are working in. This is a system glitch that needs to be fixed.14 votesif multiple currencies has been set up in the main system, the mobile app will read those values and allow you set the currency

Workflow and field names for appointments on the mobile and full web version should match. E.g. Description (full web version), Notes (mobile) version. Also given the importance of the 'Description/Notes' it would be better if the default wasn't to have this field collapsed, on the mobile version.

Adding a task on the mobile and full web version differ but should be consistent.
Adding a task on the mobile and full web version differ. when adding a task under a contact on the mobile you can toggle between 'Personal task' and 'Task with' however on the full web version you cannot.

Objective drop down in the opportunities module to match the non-mobile web version
Should have the ability to select a dropdown, same as the non-mobile/full web version.

Show all of appointment header in Mobile version.
Critical info is often missed when viewing appointments on a phone because it cuts off after so many characters and does not break at the end of the line.

mobile access address details need to show on more than 1 line
Looking at the Hotlist/calendar screen the address information is displayed on 1 line only so if it's long the latter parts of it are not visible. If this could be displayed over 2 or 3 lines that would be better, or if clicking on it didn't launch straight to the Map but perhaps gave the full address first then allowed another click to access the map.

Mobile Maximizer
I've just upgraded to Mobile Maximizer on my cell phone, which I find extremely useful, however it would be VERY helpful to see the days of the week beside the dates to avoid me having to clarify what day of the week it is before I enter an appointment into my Calender.

Create and mobile app for Blackberry,
Create an app for blackberry, we die hard are business users, that treat our blackberry as tool, with Maximizer live, the current link system is not resident and is lost as soon as we search another web site, I liked the old system. in which we could access the complete data base by clicking on a icon. I kind of miss that, give Blackberries current trend of piggy backing on Android programs, you could serve dual purpose. For those of us who are dedicated business users, and like the security of Blackberry, it could be a winner.

Ability to add images directly from an IOS Device's photo library to a "Customer Service" Case (Give MaxMobile access to my devices images)
We take iPads to look at product complaints. As of now we have to come back to the office, get the pictures on to a computer and then load them one by one on to the desktop/web version. It would be a lot faster if we could upload images to a case directly from an iPad/iPhone on MaxMobile.

drop down lists ie country are not available via mobile access can this be included in the next release.
A client uses mobile access but the drop downs available in the main database are not available via mobile access.

activity drop down for mobile access
Prefer to have the Mobile Access display drop downs for Activity in tasks and appointments. At this time the mobile interface only supports text fields for the appointment or task activity.
