One of the features that I thought would be simple that is lacking is the ability to do a search of records for a given criteria (eg. from a certain partner or referral source or for a certain product being sold) and then when choosing the columns to spit out for a report have the next scheduled action and it's day in that report.
The 'next action' field is currently just a data box that has to be manually filled out every time and as such is really quite useless. What I would like to see is the next action field automatically populate with the next to-do or next meeting scheduled for that record and a corresponding field showing the date it's scheduled for.
