The ability to sync company and contact information from Maximizer Live CRM to Reckon Hosted to save double entering information as a first stage and linking Invoices, Estimates and Payment information.
Reckon is a similar product to QuickBooks Desktop in the US.Anonymous

This would save considerable time when creating appointments in Max Live CRM.
I use Waze on my iPhone as a GPS and it picks up the location in Outlook as a "planned drive". I find this is useful as Waze has a "best time to leave" feature with an alert when it's time to leave for the appointment, taking into account traffic conditions.
A drop down menu of address fields in Max CRM Live when creating the appointment would help improve the feature. At the moment there are no links to addresses only predefined locations that are manually added.
