    To Jin Yu:

I'm not sure you're getting the point. I'm of course aware that I can switch between Notes, Documents, Activiites, etc. But it takes time and system activity to switch between those views. The desktop version enabled me to present all of those views in ONE SINGLE VIEW, so that I would not need to switch views.

I had set up my desktop version of Maximizer to provide that 'one-view-tells-all' of Address Book, Contacts, Notes, Documents, Hotlist, and a representation of Outlook. 'Sure saved time, and more importantly, I could attain 'situational awareness' of the status of that particular Company, Individual, or Contact much more easily and quickly.

The loss of this 'one-view-tells-all' capability was the one vital facet of Maximizer Live that was really tough to accept. Restoring it would certainly streamline my workflow, AND reduce the amount of system workload upon Maximizer's ... uh ... grid (?), for lack of a more-definitive term.

Either the record of the e-mail or the Note documenting that the e-mail has been sent needs to list any and all attachments that were included. Currently, the only way to verify the attachment(s) that was included with the e-mail is to save the attachment(s) itself, which is pretty silly, considering that the attachment likely originates from the sender's own hard drive. That is, he already has that file; he should not need to save a duplicate. But again, that's the only way he can verify that he did indeed include the file as an attachment to the e-mail he sent. I've often been challenged by those to whom I've sent e-mails to PROVE that I included an attachment that the recipient SAYS he did not receive. But unless I've saved the attachment itself when I send the e-mail, I have no record that I sent the attachment at all.

Maximizer Desktop listed all attachments in the Note documenting that an e-mail had been sent, so this should be nothing new to Maximizer culture. 'Sure would save a lot of cloud storage space.

    'Regards,
