  1. Hotlist tasks should have options to keep task on my hotlist when assigning to another user; and notify me when the assigned task is done.

    fantastic idea...our team was just trying to figure this one out and this is exactly what we want to be able to do. At the same time, make the text area have more capacity for the task details so that multi-step tasks for one client can be captured within one entry.
