An error occurred while saving the comment Stuart Andriashek commentedHi John, unfortunately, that is not possible. The contact is with a different company now. As I mentioned, the case file needs to follow the contact, not the company.

There is a contact of a company that has moved to a different company, and now the case file that was associated with the person (not a company case, but for the person) is not following or associated with them anymore.
Also, we have had instances were a case was created for a municipality as they contacted us, but needs to be moved to a individual after the information is updated and a contact received.
Has this been implemented in any of the releases since 2016?
