We recommend setting an end date several years out. As that appointment date nears its end, it is a good idea to decide whether you still need it or whether something has changed

I suggest you use an end date of 2099 otherwise it computer wont know where to stop and it will use up recourses.
Yes John We have this problem yes I cant believe other users that do out of office work don't have the same problem. Also in the calendar to have a search for the postcode and a drop down of booked appointments near that postcode to be able to click to go to that day and see if there is any room for another appointment near the one searched for would be even better.
