Couldn't agree more. For example we get a scoring in a particular Formula Field and then want to record in another field that say over a certain figure it is Small, over another Medium and over another Large

Absolutely agree. I am thinking of using a combined rating based on adapting another program I use called RFM for Windows (Recency Frequency Monetary) which applies a scoring which in Opportunities case would consist of 2 numbers say beween 1 - 5. The result would be a score of 5 for highest probability and 5 for the highest confidence rating so concatenate and the opportunity score = 55. Sort all Opps in descending order and you have your graded listing ! Ian's suggestion would be a move in the right direction.

Over recent releases we have been implementing improvements to handling of column setups and how these are managed within the various list views – row height and width etc.

We will continue to introduce UI and UX improvements going forward to make the solution even easier to work with.

Auto column width adjustment is a real necessity. It is not a user friendly experience to have to go in and adjust widths individually and very time consuming.

Take a look at QlikView, a very simple to use BI (BD)package that compliments Maximizer / SQL and gives you amazing flexibility to analyse and dashboard the most complex information.

Mobile really needs to have virtually the same functionality as Web at user level as our sales people (and I believe the many users) will run on Mobile using iPad's and Tablets rather than laptops etc. Web access is not an option for our Mobile users.

Yes, this arises regularly and the presence of "The" at the start of a name is always a problem, where the entity may be known as for example as "The K-Club" but you want it to file under "K" not "T"

    Declined  ·  Maximizer Admin responded

Maximizer is making changes to its product line up that involved the impending discontinuation of the Windows client, in 2016. Windows client users can continue to follow the standard upgrade path to Maximizer CRM v2016, due out in late fall 2015 and then remain on that version for as long as they choose. Over time, support for CRM v2016 will cease, and the customers will have to make a decision between migrating to a solution like Web Access or Maximizer CRM Live or continue with an unsupported solution.
We encourage customers, to continue the dialog with Maximizer Software about any potential product requirements or otherwise, which would help facilitate an easy migration to Web Access or Maximizer CRM Live.
