Could you please provide more detailed use cases and examples. Basic UDF inheritance can be complicated and confusing for new entries or for those that are left blank on purpose etc.

Also after another sync cycle it deletes the future recurrences from Outlook which is bad.

Can we have the add-in synchronize future recurrences in Maximizer to the horizon set in the synchronization options (X days/weeks/months into the future) and leave the appointment as recurring with no end date in Outlook.

    Hi Joseph

Can you confirm that v12 dashboards will continue to work in future version dashboards? I ask because of your comments about direct SQL Server queries. Some customers have paid for the service of setting up their dashboards including developing underlying SQL Server queries, and if those customers have software assurance they will not understand if something they paid for stops working.

    Best regards
    Colin

Also, allow the List Control to take its input from a SQL Query metric (SELECT in this case) not just a saved search. The List Control available fields for columns would be those specified in the SELECT statement. The benefit would be more complex results returned than is possible with saved searches.

Over recent releases we have been implementing improvements to handling of column setups and how these are managed within the various list views – row height and width etc.

We will continue to introduce UI and UX improvements going forward to make the solution even easier to work with.

Make row height "stick" in multi-row column setups in Web Access. At the moment the columns revert to single row display whenever re-opened

Hi, thanks for your feedback on the quick search feature. We have plans to add more functionality to the current search capability.

And/Or allow search logic in the text box, for example "Company:Maximizer + Last:Richardson". Also can we have a company match return companies only? With a large set of contacts it can be a nuisance to scroll through all the contacts to find the company - having just searched for it! (Esp when using Maximizer Web Access.) After all, if we want all the contacts we can go the older Search > Company menu.

Agreed - especially want IMAP email window back because then we can link to other systems such as Gmail.
