Please note Maximizer’s professional service team have created integrations with Avaya AES among others so feel free to contact them directly if you have an acute need for this type of integration.
An error occurred while saving the comment Phil Haddock commentedI suggest you have a talk to the folks at Cytrack (www.cytrack.com). They are an australian company who have built a really good front end that works with a large number of phone systems and for which they have built integration to a large number of CRM systems, including Maximizer.
For Maximizer it will do outbound dialling with the option to pop open a notes window to record details of the call. For inbound it will find the Maximizer record and make it current, also giving the option to automatically open and record a note about the call.

This has been 'on the Roadmap' for well over 2 years now; it's still not there in CRM 2018R2, which is 6 releases later. I was just asked by another customer how to change the date display format, for the same reason as the other commenters here, which is that there carefully designed column setups no longer work.
