    Excellent idea! I abandoned Google Authenticator years ago when I was introduced to Authy (https://authy.com/): Authy allows you to use both your tablet and phone with ease.

    Authenticator requires you to use the QR code on both devices in order to use it on two devices ... and then you have to start all over again if you change phones or tablets! Ugly!

    Jin, I believe that the reason users want additional widgets is to work all in one place, So they don't have to move from tab to tab in order to review documents, notes, UDF's, Opps, CS, etc., but to have it all in the custom tab.

    Much easier to prevent them from deleting Address Book Items, Notes, Documents, etc. FYI, this is a setting in the Maximizer Administrator...

    What version are you running Dan? I am on Outlook 2010 and Maximizer CRM 2018 (on-premise) and I can save emails to Maximizer CRM...

    There is a work around but it's a bit on the ugly side... Create a alpha UDF with the hyperlink property.

    You can then copy and paste a link to the folder into the UDF. In a networked environment, don't use mapped drives, use \\machinename\foldername instead.

    We recommend pre-pending the old products with “zzz_” to indicate that they are no longer available, so that they are at the end of the list, and so that you can still run reports for products that are no longer sold

    Such a great idea! What we do now is prefix with "zzz " to put the old ones at the bottom of the list!

    Dario, take a look at Presto Bizcard 6 (http://us.newsoft.com.tw/products/product_page.php?P_Id=10). An older version of the software came with a scanner I bought. I upgraded computers and bought v. 6 to run on Win 8.

    I found that the software does pretty good OCR on most biz cards (you verify before saving) and saves the text and card image into a local database. You can then export to an Excel file and import into Maximizer.
