The Outlook Toolbar already has the Create Case option, so it can't be wildly different to add a Create Opportunity option as well. And for consistency, the Office 365 Max add-in has Create Opportunity but not Create Case, so this also should be added.

Also very handy for team collaboration emails eg you could have a Contact against your own (or a Client's) Company in Max which is a project team, with all the members emails within the Email 1 field so that when that Contact has a Case or Opp loaded against it then all the relevant people receive the email. Ideally need the same concept applied to appointments - include the Contact in an appointment & each member has a Calendar (or Hotlist) entry made somehow. At least they'd be able to get notification emails about them anyway.
