Enable the ability to create recurring appointments in mobile products.

Disable "remember me" on Web/Mobile Access
Add in a configuration option for Web/Mobile portals to hide the "remember me" checkbox.
One of my clients pointed out that they consider this a security issue, as we shift more towards web and mobile, that they would prefer to not have this option available on their portals at all.

Show all addresses in the Mobile Access
Hi, We have customers who have set up multiple addresses per company. E.g. Visiting address, P.O. Box etc. In Mobile access only the selected address is listed. For mobile access mostly you go to the Visiting address. In Webaccess you will just use the PO Box address to merge to a document. So this is a huge conflict in use of the Mobile users and the users that want to use the addresses for Merges with MS WORD. My idea is to have an option to show each address in the Mobile Access, Users should each set it for themselves…

Save emails to a contact from device
The ability to respond to emails from the device and have them save to maximizer is essential. Otherwise having to go to full web version to log emails is a cumbersome work around.

iphone handling of alpha UDF's needs improving
If there is a text udf field with more than 36 characters with an iPhone you can't edit any further than the 36 characters.
Tap to bring up key board then hold to mark where the edit to take place. Drag to right and curser won't go past the box edge and the text won't scroll to the left. This was a problem on the old version and no change on the latest v2017R2.5 votesis this still an issue with the native application?

follow-up deadline is approaching
When we get hotlist notifications for CS Cases, it just says "My follow-up deadline is approaching". On mobile access it is not easy to see who this is for, so could the text be changed to say "My follow-up deadline with XXX is approaching".

Reply to mobile email
Currently you can only view saved emails in the mobile client. I suggest adding the ability to reply or forward emails as well.

Maximizer Mobile - Create Mobile Forms
Create a new function in Maximizer Mobile - Create Forms. Forms are being used more and more these days being Google Forms and other Mobile apps. I think this would open up a great new feature for Maximizer Mobile and it would be great if it's also accessible via Maximizer Web. Creating a new Icon in Max Mobile called Forms. With this you can create forms with existing UDFs in Maximizer or create new ones. Email a link that takes a user directly to a record
Our sales people are always on the road and when a client calls, we send an email to the sales person for them to call the client. To do so, we either have to send them the name and phone number or they have to try and do a search in Maxmobile. It would be so much easier if you could send them a link that would take them directly to the clients record so they have easier access to all the clients information instead of having to try and do a search and hope you recall how to spell…

It would be great if the timer was available in Mobile Access
By having the timer available in Mobile Access then site visits etc could be timed & appear as Timed Notes against the AB entry which allows use of the Note Report for billing support purposes

mobile notes dialing
In Mobile Access, when we view notes, appointment subject and task activity that contains a phone number or an email, we want this text to allow for automatic dialing/emailing right from the phone. This works in Outlook notes but not some of the Maximizer notes.

Maximizer App - Push Notifications
It would be good to have notifications come through on the mobile app and show a brief preview of task/appointment without having to log in and check the app all the time. Handy if somebody is on the road and have multiple appointments or tasks that day, a quick reminder can help people keep on schedule.

Maximizer App to allow calling from other phone apps
We utilize a VOIP office phone system called 3CX. This system has an app on our iPhones and we are able to call from it and it reads on the call display to the person that is receiving the call as if we are calling from our office phone number.
If we are in the Maximizer app, inside a client record and click the phone number hyperlink, it gives 2 options “Call with Phone” or “Send a text message”.
When I click call from phone it defaults to call from my cell phone number using the default iPhone calling app.

Retrieval of Companies with Contacts underneath each company, even if the company name is the same.
When retrieving companies and contacts, Maximizer used to retrieve the contacts directly under the company, and then the next company would have it's contacts directly under it. Now, it retrieves the companies and the contacts beneath all the companies. We have many companies with the same name but different branches / divisions. This retrieval is vital to many of our requirements. Even if you try and sort on ID no, it does now always put the company first and then the contacts. When opening the mobile app for the first time, that setting retrieves the companies and then the contacts…

Mobile Access to have a Preference for whether to show blank keyfield UDF's or not
Often it would be of benefit to have all UDF's in a Keyfield setup showing, whether they are empty or not. Sure the option exists each time to hit the button to show the empty ones, but why not make it a Preference to take away the effort every time

Mobile appointment invitation
Provide the option to send a meeting invitation and reminder email to the attendees and users when creating an appointment in the mobile app.

currently the app will allow you to email the attendees after the appt has been created, however there is no 'invite' email at this time
