  1. Ability to mass update one or more UDF for existing Address Book Entries through a csv import tool

    I have a spreadsheet that contains an unique username and password for every one of dealers. I would like to bring this information into Maximizer, However, we have a lot of dealers and it would take a lot of time to do this manually.

    So I was wondering if you had a tool that I could use to match a reference field in my database to an existing field in the database. Then it would bring in the information associated on that line. So in my example above the import tool would match to say a Unique Account# and then…

    Hi, we have plans to develop Maximizer APIs which would provide such capability. A tool could be written to leverage the API capability to check reference data before updating UDF information in a database.

  5. Button directing user from task to relevant opp, cs case or addbk entry

    Add another button to the hotlist task alert to allow the user to go directly to the relevant opportunity, customer service case or address book entry so that they can perform the necessary action there and then complete the task.

  11. Keeping Outlook Calendar and Maximizer appointment alerts in sync

    When dismissing or snoozing an appointment in outlook, the alert should not appear in Maximizer anymore (and vice versa)

  13. Linking Documents between the Address Book and Opportunities

    Right now, documents created in the Address Book is not visible in Opportunities (of the same company) and vice versa. Would like the 2 to be linked please.

    We are working on implementing APIs for notification engine to allow automatically send notifications on hotlist task updates as well as opportunities and other objects.

  19. Better favorite lists management

    Please make it easier to manage large customer lists for sending email marketing campaigns - add/edit/remove from lists.

    - Have the actual data content of the favorite list display in its own window (or following window) - whenever new customer records are added or removed, the favorite list will reflect the updates right away.
    - Enable drag and drop from the main window into the 'favorite list window' and vice versa for adding/removing entries
    - Be able to easily tell which favorite lists that each customer belongs to
