Update Microsoft Word Integration installation instructions
Update the Microsoft Word Integration installation instructions so they are similar to to the ones provided for the Outlook add-in. Line #3 appears to be missing ie: 1. Click the Download button on this page to start the download.

Do the least you can do for contact export to gmail
Please do the least you can do to support those of us who use gmail to get contacts into gmail.
Maybe a document on how to do it manually with an export and import with all the steps and how to deal with updates.
Maybe just a "create vcard from contact" feature which we can send to ourselves with a button click and add to our gmail address book?

When a company is surpassed a certain time period, does Maximizer have a rule set up where we can automatedly transition that company from o
For our business model, a company and its contacts are with an account manager for a 2-year period then it gets switched over to an in-house manager. I would like to see a rule where it automates this transition.

Leads appointment
Provide the ability to include appointment icf attachments with outgoing email appointment requests from the Leads module. The current UI shows there is an attachment but it is not working.

Import interactions
We would like the ability to import interactions and notes, and specify categories, date, time, owner and text. The current note import supports just the text field.

Allow action bar sort to be customized
Would like the ability to move actions higher or lower in the list, and possibly hide actions that we do not use on the details tab (right side)

Highlighting following tab if data is present beneath it
Can you highlight the tabs in the following windows, if there are any data behind them.
E.g. if there are opps or cs cases or notes or documents, then show the title of the respective tab in bold or perhaps with a background color, so the user can see there are items in there without having to click it.
This used to be the case somewhat in the old windows client with opps and cs cases in the following window on the bottom left, I seem to recall.

Set currency field using default entry for opportunities
Allow users to set their default currency value using the opportunities default entries for sites with users across multiple countries instead of defaulting to corporate currency.

Double click to edit a lead in the leads module
Currently you can either select edit or double click on the details in an address book entry, case or opp. I suggest you provide the same quick edit access in leads as well to maintain consistency.

Quick modify task date
Create a quite way to modify a task date. Currently you have to either edit the task and change the date or select Modify Task Date from the Hotlist menu. A right-click option would be ideal to be able to quickly push tasks forward.

Change contact on hotlist task
Would like to be able to associate a hotlist task with a different contact - change it from one contact or company to another.

Contact switcher missing from hotlist
In the address book we have a useful contact switcher allowing us to change the details to any contact within the company. This element is missing from the hotlist. We need it to move more efficiently.

Make task creation mandatory on interactions
Some sales managers want to impose that all calls (interactions) end with a task being created. If this could setup as an optional preference that would be ideal.

Task, appointment and opportunity notes shoudl login inside the interactions text
We prefer to see the logging of a task created (follow up) within the interaction as it is easier to see when viewing the report than separate entries.

When you have multiple action plans running on a single contact it becomes very difficult to see which tasks are part of which action plan.
There should be a column that allows you to view a differentiating factor between each action plan under single contact. Or if you have to run 2 of the same action plans at the same time (like when the same action plan needs to be completed for 2 of the clients accounts). I would suggest looking at the layout yourself when 2 of the same action plans are running at the same time for same client. It is very difficult. Maybe add column under activities that shows the fillable "description" field

Write an email on timeline
I do not see the command to write an email when I am on the Timeline. This seems to have been omitted by accident.

entry icon
The Entry Type Icon has been replaced with Entry Icon. The two things serve a different purpose and I believe having Entry Type Icon back is necessary. The concept of an Individual (or Household) is distinct in Maximizer and it confuses users. Having the icon makes it easier to see what you are looking for wiithout the long text of Entry Type.

Set preferred email address
Currently, if a preferred email address is not in the top field, I copy/paste to show this. Can you let us pin the best option the way phone numbers & Addresses can be assigned to use for entry?

I hate the look of this latest update. How about you give us our colors back.
If some people want monochrome let them chose that as an option don't force it on everyone. I prefer the previous color theme I've been using.

Timeline content layout
I really like the timeline concept, but I do not like the display of the note/interaction data. I much prefer the way notes or interactions are listed. The timeline is clumsy to read through quickly. It is hard to spot what you are looking for and work fast with this presentation. I had same problem with the history tab.
