Right Click -> add to campaign
Please re-add the ability to add a subscriber to a campaign via the addressbook (right click, Add to campaign and/or an option in the actions menu).

Opportunity Duplicate Checking.
Add a "Find Duplicates in List" to the Opportunity window with identical functionality to the option already in the addressbook window.

Alternate address Phone numbers
Add a Phone Number field to alternate addresses.

Globel edit Managed/Won accounts from in progress
When we have blocks of busness transferred to our firm all the accounts come in as in progress, we used to have the ability to global edit those and change to Managed accounts or Won - that option has been taken away. I would like that to be brought back. This also happened when we transferred from Act database to Maximizer i am sill going through my accounts that state in progress to individually change them to Managed. It is a lot of work.

Bulk Hotlist Task Set up
It would be great if you could select multiple individuals and schedule individual hotlist tasks (all for the same time), all at once rather than having to go to each one and schedule individually.

Timeline - Option to include future activities
The timeline is a great tool however would really like the option to also show future activities in this list. We have multiple contract employees dealing with new clients for training sessions so the timeline being able to show all upcoming appointments would be great to see at a glance instead of having to run a report every time.
Something as simple as an option to include future entries would be sufficient.

HTML editor for non-campaign emails
Please add an HTML tab to the Compose Email dialog, similar to the campaign email editor.
Currently items like redirect links are hard to use as you cannot use the link editor to change the visible text (as it removes spaces from the "[...]" breaking it), an HTML editor would fix this issue, and make other changes to the outgoing email and it's functionality possible.3 votes -
Rollout of Quick Access search icons to users/groups.
Please add a method to rollout Quick Access icons/searches to multiple users.
Currently if you create a common Quick Access search (eg account number), the quick access icon needs manually installing by each user individually.5 votes -
Client Logo on login screen
Please add the ability to change the
clients login screen with their own company logo.
Ideally it would be nice to modify the screen further, but at least being able to change the logo in a similar fashion to the on-premise version.2 votes -
Automatic incrementing field type
A field type that when added to a client has the next available number.
Ideally starts on null like the Yes/No field (unless set as part of a default record), and if selected populates with the next available number.
Option for number of digits (to pad with 0's eg 00004) and start value.

Monitor interactions in Zapier
We currently poll for notes changes. We should do same for interactions. Use case is that a user has a specific type of interaction (face to face meeting) and they want to see the Last Face To Face Meeting Date in a UDF. The zap can update this like a trigger.

Dashboards - UDF ability to sort Numerically
Currently if you have a List indicator in Dashboards for a numeric UDF, it won't sort in order as by default all UDFs sort alphanumerically.
The suggestion is that Numeric UDF fields should be sorted numerically only.

Dashboard indicators for interactions
Customers want the ability to see on the dashboard the number of calls, meetings, quotes they have logged. Assuming call, meeting and quote are category values on interactions, we would like to have at least a numeric indicator of the number of interactions related to a saved interaction search catalog or a date range.

Link an Opportunity or a C/S case to a calendar entry within the calendar.

Customer Service Case from an opportunity
Ability to create Customer Service Case from an opportunity. Whereby all notes in the opportunity can be copied through into the C/S Case.

When assigning a new UDF to a listing, the program nicely narrows your search as you add characters. It DOES NOT do that when you go to search by UDF. If you added that, it would be much more streamlined.

I cannot see the description of UDF's when adding a new listing. Many of my UDF's are long. For instance Manufacturer, commercial refrigeration and Manufacturer, commercial. I can only see "Manufacturer". Please let me see the whole description.
