Be able to Edit the Notes Report
It would be nice to be able to edit what appears and does not appear on the Notes Report. If not a fully editable template, it could be a list of checkboxes to add or remove each feature. I personally would remove the time stamp column, remove the address and add a column for the note creator, but I am sure everybody has their own preferences for this report.

Recurring Hotlist Events
There should be an option to set a task as recurring with the ability for daily, weekly, monthly, yearly reminder options. Also to put in an end date or number of occurances and on a specific day if needed. Like outlook or goldmine tasks.

There needs to be some way to back up the documents section for a client
There should be a way to export, print a report or back up all of the documents for a client for record retention purposes. Something like the note report but for documents would be ideal. This way you can print a report of everything that has been done and sent to a client for your files. This is very important in the Wealth Management Industry.

In the appointment dialog of Maximizer Web Access there is a Response field with values like Accepted, Declined, Tenative or blank. However, it is not possible to set a value for a customer. I think it should be possible to set the response of the contact or contacts. The iCal functionality does not allow the response to feed back into the system so we can't make a note of clients who accept or decline meetings.

Would love to see the Word and Outlook Addin included in MS Word for Apple. Cant be that difficult?

Adding items to a table field in Edit Mode
When in edit mode, I don't have the ability to add an item in a table field. This is important when gathering new information from a customer. When I'm on the phone with a customer it is important to be efficient with their time and my time.

Access Partner Info within Opportunity
Once a partner has been assigned to an Opportunity, it would be useful to have access to the partner's information from within the opportunity module. At the moment the only info available seems to be the partner's name.

create single user opportunities permission
Teams are a valuable if often abused and misunderstood part of opportunity management. I have often been thankful for the facility of dynamic teams. The biggest problem with teams is not teams, but the inability to stop people creating single user opportunities. While the use of default records can largely overcome this. I think the facility to ban single user opportunities system wide could be a useful security permission.

Use keyboard to move through UDF's - not just the mouse!
We need to be able to quickly move through our UDF's and enter data. It is taking much to long to open each UDF, check off the appropriate items, click ok and wait for it to close. Before switching to Maximizer LIve we were able to use the keyboard to move from one field to the next and make our selections. It was MUCH quicker!

More detail about documents in the document tab
My customers (and I) struggle with the documents windows just not showing enough information about stored documents before you open the document. This is particularly true of email.
Please consider a preview option. or a row depth expand or more columns

Ability to Convert a Company to an Individual
In Maximizer CRM Live you can convert an individual redcord into a company record, but there is no way to convert a copmany into an individual. This was possible in older versions of Maximizer software, but the option has been taken away.

Outlook AddIn / AddOn / Integration to be able to create appointments
At the moment the Outlook AddIn is able to create a task based on the currently selected email.
We'd like to see the ability to also create appointments based on the currently selected entry. At the same time the appointment gets created a link to that address book entry in Maximizer should be created.

Ability to duplicate an Opportunity and then change the client name
Very often, many of my clients are bidding on the same projects. It would be nice to be able to Duplicate one clients job and change the client name. I have many UDF's, and a lot of the info is the same. It would save heaps of time on data entry.

Outlook integration. When you save an email to Maximizer with the Outlook integration plugin
An option to uncheck related contacts by default in the Outlook integration webaccess.
When you save an email to Maximizer with the Outlook integration plugin, Maximizer shows the companies or contacts which are related to the email addresses from the email you would like to save to Maximizer. In case of a lot of companies/contacts that are related to the email you have to uncheck multiple times. (10 to 15 times in my case)
it is annoying and more effort than checking the one contact you want to save to. An option that makes the contacts being unchecked by default…

Can we see the number of users logged in via web interface from same window which displays the users were logging into Maximizer through Windows access

Confidence Rating improvement
Suggestion to Improve Confidence Rating use.
The program should be rewritten as follows:
Each Confidence rating should have a probability attached to it, just like the stages. The logic would be as follows:
- Set a probability rating for each stage.
- Set a probability for each Confidence rating.
- If the Confidence probability = the Stage probability, use the Stage probability.
- If the Confidence probability is less than or greater than the Stage probability, use the Confidence probability.
This would make the Pipeline much more accurate. The effect would be to tweak the probability and get it much closer to the truth.…
