transfer case
Option to move an existing case to a different address record. Perhaps the "duplicate current case" could request the address record you wish the case to be duplicated against.

Attachments
It would be helpful when sending an email, if we could view the attachments in the attachment line prior to sending it. Simply for added security that the right attachment was captured.

Choices with date format, to reduce column width in view.
A full date makes a column VERY wide. We use Maximizer for our sales meetings and like to fit many columns into one view. Long dates make it much harder to fit multiple columns in one view. Suggest three formats: Current long form, January 25, 2016, Total short form 1/25/2016 and condensed 26-Jan-2016.

Method to link related customer services cases
There are occasions when the same issue is reported by different customers. It would be useful to have a method to link related service cases so that it's easier to find and resolve all the individual cases.

Outlook addin doesn't see past 1st email address on record
When composing a new email in outlook, if you switch to the maximizer addin, and click the 'Add Maximizer Addresses' button in order to add emails, when you search for records this only returns the first email against the record. Please add support for the other email addresses stored against records.

Input specific dates for action plan activities, rather than number of days from start date
For us, each action plans differs for each opportunity and the number of days from start date for each activity varies for each opportunity. Would like to be able to schedule an action plan by inputting specific dates for activities, and not having to calculate number of days from start date.

Link to a local or shared document on the network Webaccess
We would like to link a formula field to a file on the network. In the windows application of Maximizer it is possible to Set a file link in the formula field as a hyperlink. That is working as it supposed to work. But in the webaccess the hyperlink option adds http in front of the formula. We would like to see the option <Set as link> next to the <Set as hyperlink> option on creating UDF's. So it just copies the real link into the browser/explorer of windows, without adding http to it.

Can Action Plan Tasks be dependent on completion of the previous task rather than the start date of the Action Plan?
For example, I send an original document away for approval and it takes about three weeks from the time I send it away to get it back. It would be nice to not have to calculate it from the start date of the Action Plan since there are several steps in between the start date and when I get my paws on the document to send it away. The actual time frame is rarely the same but the interval I want to set between tasks always is.

Allow for a subject line in Notes
As it stands now, whatever you enter as text in the note will appear in the text field (in the Notes tab in the following pane), regardless of whether or not you hit enter to move down a couple of spaces. I would prefer to have only the "subject" of the note appear when I'm looking at the notes tab. A possible solution I received from Support was to bold the subject line so it stands out but this didn't work.

Ability to see (or not) Holidays on the calendar. ei. New Years, Family Day, Good Friday, etc...
This would prevent adding something to the calendar that falls on a holiday. Or prevent from considering a certain date as it's a holiday.

Column report is wrapping multi-line text rather than printing separate lines
Using v14.0 web access we have a few multi-line columns in our column setup. One has name and city and the other is opportunity description. In each case, we get this:
Name, City: New York
rather than:
Name
City: New YorkIn the description of the opp put in products like this:
Item1
Item2
Item3but in the column report or excel export, we get this:
Item1 Item2 Item 3
We want to preserve the line returns as we see on the screen in web access.

Sorting Hotlist Tasks by colorful icon
In our business, every task needs a different activity description, and we have many tasks for everyday of the year, many of which are scheduled 1 - 5 years in advance. Looking at a day, week, or month of tasks, it is very difficult to quickly pick out by priority, or activity description the highest priority. The alarm notifications panel is even less differentiating of these tasks.
What would be great, is if the Hotlist Icons were brightly color scaled and could be sorted where set subjects/descriptions of tasks could still be visually communicated through color recognition.

Allow the "Sales Team" field in opportunities be made "Mandatory"
If you don't fill this field out, it restrict some users from seeing the opportunity. Simple fix, is allow it to be a mandatory field so that a user must fill the field in or it can't be saved.

Recalculate formula fields via SQL
As a developer it is sometimes easier and more efficient to update data directly in SQL instead of using one of the API's like Maximizer.Data and Maximizer.Web.Data
At the moment if there is a formula field that references a field/UDF that I update/insert/delete directly in SQL it does not update in Maximizer.
We could also update the formula values in the SQL manually, but we have to rely on the users to tell us what fields are formula and what the formulas are. Then expect them to remember to tell us when they change them.

Allow Yes/No fields without default
Please allow Yes/No fields which are empty until a deliberate Yes/No choice is made. At present when a new entry is created all the Yes/No fields are populated with their default values automatically (and in the case of Opp and CS entries a whole set of history notes are logged "User U set the field F to X"). There are situations in which this behaviour of defaulting a field (and logging notes) is wrong, and not just misleading. For example in a customer feedback application it can appear that the customer has answered all questions because all the Yes/No fields…

Scanning Business Cards - Dymo - Direct to Maximizer CRM Live
Business Cards are still commonly exchanged in most business environments. Everyday CardScan technology allows me to scan 20 cards /minute, and is such that you can scan directly to Outlook' Addressbook, as well as directly to many common CRMs . However , the Outlook : Maximizer Address Book Entries Synchronization process produces a new record, even if the record existing in Maximizer.
It would be great if Maximizer/CardScan had a driver to get new contacts into Maximizer CRM Live.
