  1. The option to CC and BCC on mass emails (that are sent out separately) would be awesome!

    When sending out a mass email, separately so each individual gets their own, there is no way to cc or bcc anyone. It would be great if this feature were possible - so the contact that is cc'd can be copied on all the emails that were sent out separately and be able to keep up with those clients.

    • Notification Manager - Opportunity Stage

      Would it be possible for the Notification Manager to monitor the Opportunity Stage field?

      • Searching Area Codes in Maximizer

        Within Maximizer it seems like you are not able to search by just Area Codes as when you do it will also search for numbers that has the area code anywhere within the number.

        It would be nice to have that ability in order to sort certain clients in the database

        • Loss of column setup option in contact / company search dialogs. Can this be added back?

          Since the recent update to Maximizer 2019 you could use custom column setups when searching for contacts / companies.

          - Add opportunity competitors
          - Add opportunity partners
          - Add case contact

          For some customers the basic fields in the default column view used in this dialog are not enough to find the correct record

          • Integrate web to lead with new Leads module

            The new leads module is great, however leads have to be manually entered or come from the upload of a list (CSV etc). Integrating the lead module and web-to-lead functionality would be a logical next step so that web leads automatically enter the lead module for handling (assigning, tracking, reporting etc). In it's current state it doesn't really benefit my firm but would greatly improve our process and lead tracking if this functionality were there.

            • Date UDF Fields include Time

              I believe that the Date fields are stored including the time, but only presented as dates whenever shown. It would be handy if a Date UDF could have an option to also display the time component

              • API Opportunities Link to Campaigns

                A client has a need to create Opps thru the API but can't relate this back to the Campaign that originated the Opp as the API doesn't give access to the Campaign ID field

                  • Link Client Service Cases to 'how-to' Knowledge Base articles

                    We have many different processes for the firm. When we create a new case, we always tag it with a specific "Products / Services" selection. We want that to automatically link to Knowledge Base articles connected to the same "Products / Services" (or "Categories")

                    Then, the "view in knowledge base" button on a case can link to the how-to article that is appropriate for it.

                          Opening Word documents from Maximizer and then saving those documents back in to Maximizer using the Microsoft Word add in doesn’t carry over the Category field from the document that was originally opened.

                            The new Leads Management Module is a big step forward ! Maximizer becomes modern and intuitive for users !
                            To have more flexibility, we should be able to create UDF on Leads and map these fields to UDF on Contacts/Companies/Opportunities.

                              Zapier integration with the new leads module is currently not available, would be great to add this endpoint for the leads module for integrations moving forward.

                              • Adjust the limit of 20 entries to show on the on the open street map option in Maximizer

                                It would be very usefull for our customers to have the limit of 20 entries to show on the on the open street map option in Maximizer raised to 100+ entries.

                                  Being able to allocate multiple staff (Max Users) to an Opp or a Case, when using Account Manager is of course only limited to a single person, would be a great improvement, eg putting together a project team.
                                  This would also need to flow ideally to being able to send emails to all Team members.
                                  Setting up the Teams in Administrator isn't an ideal solution as they can be very dynamic.
                                  Also the ability to schedule Tasks & Appointments against a whole team rather than an individual as it currently is would make sense.

                                    Currently you can include Company/Contact Info & Keyfield layouts, & Notes - being able to show Opportunities and/or Customer Service Cases would give a more comprehensive view of the status of a client on the one tab

                                      When printing a note report directly from the notes tab, the output groups notes by contact. If a customer wishes to see a continuous timeline, this report is out of order. We see the notes for contact1 then for contact2 then for the company or household, but the most recent or oldest note can be in any one of these three buckets. This makes the report output much less useful for users trying to figure out what has happened recently. We need a format option to NOT group by contact/company/household.

                                      • When sending an email to a list, a feature that detects when multiple recipients have the same email address, and option to save preferences

                                        When sending an email to a list, particularly with Households, sometimes by request, multiple recipients will share an email address, so then they get 5 of the same email. It would be great to be able to detect when multiple records in a list have the same email address, then option and catalog those preferences.

                                        This would allow households to receive the email only once.

                                        • Combine Entries: add privilege, simplify and speed up

                                          Make Combine Entries a privilege in Access Rights and simplify and speed up by doing a direct move of data, abandoning the existing copy and delete scheme. At the moment Combine Entries has a copy and delete scheme - copy the data then delete the original. but this complicates the process unnecessarily, and under-the-bonnet a direct move of data (i.e. change the Client_Id / Contact_Number, etc.) should be a lot simpler and faster. What's the point of copying? To provide a safety net? We already have one! If the Combine Entries was a wrong action then duplicate the combined entry…
