  1. Decouple Lead Owner field management from Sales Manager role

    Currently, the ability to change the "Owner" field in the Lead module is tied to the "Sales Manager" role. However, there are many cases where a rep might have the authorization to route Leads to other users, but they should not have the ability to change the Account Manager field on an Address Book record.

    The ability to change the Lead Owner field should be handled as a separate role and not tied into the existing "Sales Manager" role.

  2. Add all the required fields when logging a service case via the Outlook tool

    Currently, the basic fields of Company, Product / Services, Categories, Subject and Description's available when logging a case via the Outlook app. We have a number of additional fields set as required and currently a user needs to log the case via Outlook and then additionally would have to log in via the web interface to complete the additional fields. The ideal would be to have these fields available when logging the service case so the additional log in to the web app is not required to fill in these fields.

  3. Show/Manage Outlook Email Folders in within a window in Maximizer CRM Live

    Ideally, Outlook Folder System could be rendered and managed from within Maximizer CRM Live.

    Essentially, if you could map the Outlook Exchange Account folder List inside a single window in CRM Live, (mirror a list of mailboxes inside CRM Live, and have it allow preview, that would be good and useful.

  4. Multicurrency in Customer Service Module

    The billing fields are not in any currency even though multi-currency is selected. For companies that have support rates by country, this is very important. This feature request is to enable multicurrency support for the CS module.

  5. Saving notes

    It would be really great if the Save button for inputing notes and other data could be on the right side of the dialogue.

    Where it is now is inconvenient as the cancel button is where the save button typically is.

  6. Allow configurable mandatory fields for user creation

    When creating a new Maximizer User, it should be possible to define which fields are mandatory on a per-database basis, similar to how mandatory system fields can be configured for the Address Book, Opportunity, and Customer Service modules.

    This would allow administrators to define certain fields (like First Name) that must be filled in prior to the creation of a new User. Currently, only User ID and Last Name are mandatory for on-premise databases.

    This needs to be expanded to increase the accuracy of data available for each User and simultaneously allows for greater personalization options in the application.

  7. Opportunity Description - Character field is 500

    IDEA - Opportunity Description - Make Character field limit bigger than 500.

    Our staff members enter a lot of information to this data field but have to shorter our descriptions or continue the description under the notes tabs. It would be great if the character limit was more than 500 as our staff / users would be able to gain all the information they require under the Opportunities tab (especially if using the mobile site and on site with a client). The complaint from our staff is they don't like going between the notes tab and opportunities tab for sales…

  10. Need to have the option to "Select" or "De-select" a single entry when right clicking on the entry

    When working with large lists that contain more columns than would fit in a screen layout, it would be handy to be able to right click on the entry and "Select" or "De-select" instead of having to scroll all the way back to the check boxes on the left side of the screen.

  11. Add custom sort order to Key Fields selector drop-down

    Add a "Move Up" and "Move Down" feature to the Key Fields listing in Administrator, thus allowing a custom sort order to the Key Fields selector drop-down. Similar to what can be done for table field items.
    In Key Fields an ordering can be forced by numbering or lettering, but this becomes untidy, and therefore a user experience is requested that is similar to table field items.

    Need to be able to see the month of the Dashboard when printing the indicator - Currently only Last month or Current month will show on printout. but users need to know what month the Dashboard was printed for

  15. Add option when Global Editing Read or Full Access

    When Global editing the Full or Read access field there is no add option to allow you add a user to the existing settings. Replace isn't suitable when the records to be edited have different access settings

  16. Group / Team Descriptions

    Often times Security Groups and Sales Teams are created by one regime and inherited by the next one. As such, the intended purpose for many Groups / Teams is lost over time. It would nice to support some of the attributes found in the UDF Setup functionality:

    * Requested By

    This is in addition to the other Group / Team stuff that has already been requested. :)
