  2. Change black favicon to a green one so we can see it.

    Please change the favicon for Maximizer Live. It is currently black so when you drag the IE page down to your taskbar, it is black on black and becomes invisible. If you changed the favicon to the green that you have in your logo at the top of this page, then it would be visible and easy to Identify.

    The Maximizer website favicon is green so why not the Maximizer Live website too?

  4. Edit Quick Access Icons

    My quick access icons were already set up for me from my administrator. The problem is they are all the same clock icon. It would be amazing if there was an ability to go back and change these up so I could fully utilize quick access at it's best.

  5. Add a login to crm live on the website home page

    There should be a way to login to an account that would take us to a link to our crm live account. Helpful when data is reset and Dbase access is lost. URL for login to the cloud is complicated to remember.

  6. In CRM Live can you extend the time so that the program does not log out as often

    Is it possible to have the time period be longer than it currently set to? I find that the system logs out rather quickly and would like to be in CRM Live longer before I get logged off.

  7. CSV Import Notes

    In the desktop product is the ability to map a field to a Note against the AB record - this needs to work the same in the web access/CRM Live environment

  8. Importing Records

    Importing CSV, Tab Delimiter or Outlook needs to provide a status like the desktop. It should show you were it's at as it's importing and provide a status at the end namely number of records imported Type and rejected records.

  9. when importing csv entry list... if entry is a duplicate it should give an option whether to 'update the entry' or 'leave entry unchanged'.

    Rather than automatically updating or creating a duplicate it should give the user an option what action to take. Also in the email report it should state which entries were updated and which entries were flaged as a duplicate therefore left unchanged.

    in 2017 you are able to select which column in the csv file will be used as a duplicate checker. you are able to determine whether to update overwrite or skip values based on that match. the skipped ones are put into a separate file for you to review and then reimport with different options

  12. Platform Updates Notice

    I hear often of updates to CRM Live, but unless they are an obvious change to the look of the program, I can never tell what they are (or if anything happened at all).

    It would be nice that after a system update if there would be a notice on the dashboard or something on the banner near your user name, that an update occured and what the changes were.

    If something was added/fixed thats valuable, I'd like to know about it and not just stumble upon it weeks later.

  13. Adding document should automatically get the name from the file being saved

    While adding a document for a contact, if you don't give it a name Maximizer saves it as an untitled document. It should get the name from the file automatically.
