  3. "Replace" Function For User-Defined Fields

    An option to replace an already made field, keeping the same name but changing the field type.

    Without the need to delete, re creating it and re adding it to an contact key field.

  4. Add Export to Excel to the lIst under Actions

    Rather than just having a small icon, add "Export to Excel" in the list under Actions in the navigation bar

  5. allow a contact to be added from the Hotlist

    A new company contact can only be added from the Address book, not the Hotlist window, whereas I spend most of my time in the Hotlist

  6. Import - duplicate checking for companies and individuals with company names

    When you import a database, it will not find a duplicate company if that entrant is an individual, only if it's a company with a contact

  7. Take out the words "To do" in hotlist task

    An empty box should show up when you go to start a new task, so you don't have to delete the words "To do" each time

  8. Don't add extra lines between paragraphs when copying text into note

    Extra line spaces should not be added to notes when they are being copied from another program (like an email) into notes

  11. Update "Date last contacted" when email saved

    If the sent/received date of an email saved to Maximizer is more recent than the contact's Date last contacted value, update the value, matching on email address in the Address Book regardless of what type of entry the email was saved to.

  12. Hide or remove redundant groups

    In a new database there are security groups that appear to be redundant now, for example "Crystal Reports Users". Can you simplify by not creating these in new address books?

  13. Associate Key Fields with Advance Search results

    I can associate a column view with a catalog search result but I cannot associate a Key Field view with the search result.

    I have a catalog search, I can associate the column view with that search result but the Key Fields are not sticky. I would like to have multiple catalog searches and assign each one its own column view and key field listing so that the person entering the information will always see the same key field list every time they pull up that catalog search.

  14. Searching Area Codes in Maximizer

    Within Maximizer it seems like you are not able to search by just Area Codes as when you do it will also search for numbers that has the area code anywhere within the number.

    It would be nice to have that ability in order to sort certain clients in the database

  15. Loss of column setup option in contact / company search dialogs. Can this be added back?

    Since the recent update to Maximizer 2019 you could use custom column setups when searching for contacts / companies.

    - Add opportunity contact
    - Add opportunity competitors
    - Add opportunity partners
    - Add case contact

    For some customers the basic fields in the default column view used in this dialog are not enough to find the correct record

  16. If possible to add the option to add action plans to new Leads Module

    Leads Module is great but I notice there is no option to add an action plan only a task or appointment. would be nice if we had that ability to do that.

    Add a Suburb Line under the Address (Some addresses are too long to fit in the current address lines)
    eg:

  18. Access to Imported Records

    When someone imports records into Maximizer, after the import all imported records FULL and READ access is set to Public.
    Would not it be logical to setup access identical to Default Entry settings?

  19. Add the company name field to consolidated activity report details

    Currently the details list only date time and note. Adding the company name to this detail report would be beneficial as you can't link to the record itself.
