Consolidated Activity Report - Totals for all users
The consolidated activity report currently only lists the separate note/email totals for each user separately, however it would be useful to have a function to add up all of the note categories for all users to create an overall total for each type of note, as currently we have to manually add up each users total.

moving documents to designated opportunities or cases
When you have documents attached to contacts - it would be nice if you could move selected documents to opportunities and cases.

Display label of the name favorite list at the top of browser screen
When you select a favorite list - it would be nice to see what list your working on - a glance. Would be nice if you could display the name of the list at the top of the screen.

Note Search and/or Documents Search to be able to include only emails with attachments
From a client : It is sometimes important for us to be able to quickly see what has been sent to a particular person for the purposes of due diligence in negotiations.
This could be achieved by running a report that listed all of the attachments which were sent to a particular person. I know we are able to individually go through the documents tab in max and obtain the attachments from there (which is what I did this time) but if there were hundreds of emails this would prove to be a bit time consuming.

System Information

Include attachments with email templates
How amazing it would be to be able to create email templates that include file attachments.
To be able to eliminate the tedious navigation for files that are sent out regularly would make life so much simpler.

If we could save excel files to Maximizer the way we are able to save word documents.
I open between 6 and 10 excel files each week. Make small changes then the process, <save to desktop> <open address book entry> <drag into documents> <save> <then back to desktop to delete the file>. Yet with word we can just save the word document to the address book entry, one step instead of five.

Transfer notes and cases
When deleting a user in the Administrator you are presented with a prompt to "Transfer Notes to Another User". I don't see anything in the Help or User Guide that provides details about this prompt. I suggest that the prompt advise that you are transferring private notes. It currently implies that all notes will be transferred. Similar suggestion for the case transfer prompt.

Would like to see an "Add" feature when doing a global edit- full access.

Allow us to filter widgets in custom tab
The custom tab is really useful- but would be much better if the widgets (such as documents) could actually be filtered.

Allow Birthdate Field Mapping For Outlook Contact Sync
Similar to the previous idea of being able to customize the mapping for address fields when syncing between Maximizer and Outlook, it would be ideal if we could also have the Birthdate field sync with contact records in Outlook so that we do not have to rely on creating recurring hotlist tasks in Maximizer for Birthdate reminders.

Global edit of Territory
Ability to do a global edit on Territory instead of having to do a territory alignment to update this udf.

Outlook - address book integration
it would be nice if maximizer could sync with a specific address book folder just for maximizer data. This way one could keep the original outlook address book folder distinct from the maximizer one. This would be very helpful to avoiding duplications of contacts.

Allow for customization of any fields I want to show in auto emails for service cases
Currently the Service Case email receipts only show X data.
You should allow for customization in the ADMIN section in regards to all the fields I want to show as well as add LOGIC

Allow for drag and drop for company documents
we do not use this feature as it takes for ever to upload 100+ documents 1 at a time when you go thru a new Rez across the board.
you should allow for dragging and dropping folders with sub folders just like Dropbox.com

Allow for mass upload in Knowledge Base
it is really painful to have to upload each document one at a time.
zen desk allows for drag and drop multiple files, same with zoho

Search leads option when saving email
Add a "Search leads" option when using the Outlook add-in "Save to Lead" function, for saving an email to an existing lead where the email addresses do not match. Similar to when saving to contacts, opportunities and cases.
