Global edit of uncompleted action plan task activity description
Please add the option to apply a changed action plan task activity description to all uncompleted tasks previously scheduled from the action plan. From time to time we review an action plan, and clarify/improve the task activity descriptions within it. But there is no option to apply those same changes to uncompleted tasks that have been scheduled from the action plan already. We would like to be able to apply those changes to those tasks - a bit like a global edit. This is significant to us because we may have hundreds of tasks arising from multi-task action plans applied…

Sequential task on action plans
We would like to be able to generate a list of sequential task that to illustrate a work flow, or sequence of events that is not tied to follow ups. For example, a job aid might have 20 steps to perform a task. We'd like to be able to enter that job aid into maximizer so that all staff can follow the same procedure. However we only want one follow up at the end of the sequence, or the ability to enter follow ups at our discretion and not have the follow up required for each task.

Action plans
Currently in a task you can add more then 2000 characters I am hoping that it can also be added to action plans as you can only add 255 characters in a task in action plans

Hotlists
When using hotlists, there should be an easy option, to connect the hotlist task directly to the customer file. Instead of have to navigate 3 pages currently, before getting back to the customer file

Email follow up task
In my experience with emails we tend to send and wait...assuming that the recipient will return the email or follow up in a timely manner. Right now I send an email from Outlook or Maximizer and then create a task in the future as a reminder that the email was sent on a specific date and I am expecting a response. It would be helpful that I am prompted to create a task after I send/reply to an email from Maximizer or Outlook. The task would be applied to the record for which it was originated ie: address book, opportunity,…

Task priority
Don't update the priority to MED when syncing with Outlook if the task originates in Maximizer. Honour the Maximizer setting or don't sync the priority. This function neglects any workflow that a company may be using for task management.

task reminders
We should be able to set reminders for "years" out or at least ability to add triple digits or quadruple digits to task reminders. For example, right now I can only set a task reminder for a maximum of 99 months out, but I want to set a reminder for 10 years and 20 years, and I am unable to do this.

Trigger alert based on Do Not Solicit - Email
The new Alerts are useful - but the list of things you can trigger an alert on is missing the Do Not Solicit by field.
This would let you show an alert every time someone unsubscribes

"Assigning tasks" to more than one person / Team
I'm in the process of setting up some action plans and would like to assign some tasks to groups of people, rather than just 1 person. it would be great if you could assign tasks to a "Teams" or "Division" or similar. also if someone was to leave or change position you could just update the team or division and the tasks would be reassigned.

Can Action Plan Tasks be dependent on completion of the previous task rather than the start date of the Action Plan?
For example, I send an original document away for approval and it takes about three weeks from the time I send it away to get it back. It would be nice to not have to calculate it from the start date of the Action Plan since there are several steps in between the start date and when I get my paws on the document to send it away. The actual time frame is rarely the same but the interval I want to set between tasks always is.

Sorting Hotlist Tasks by colorful icon
In our business, every task needs a different activity description, and we have many tasks for everyday of the year, many of which are scheduled 1 - 5 years in advance. Looking at a day, week, or month of tasks, it is very difficult to quickly pick out by priority, or activity description the highest priority. The alarm notifications panel is even less differentiating of these tasks.
What would be great, is if the Hotlist Icons were brightly color scaled and could be sorted where set subjects/descriptions of tasks could still be visually communicated through color recognition.

Recurring Hotlist Events
There should be an option to set a task as recurring with the ability for daily, weekly, monthly, yearly reminder options. Also to put in an end date or number of occurances and on a specific day if needed. Like outlook or goldmine tasks.

Assigning a date to more than one hotlist task
It would be ideal if a batch of hotlists tasks could be re-assigned with date, priority and user controls, so that workloads can be better managed, and managers with users with longer lists of hotlist tasks can better manage resources, quickly. Currently, it seems past due task can only be carried forward, but there is no way to take say, 1500 hotlist tasks, and put 40 per day, so that an employee can quickly manage future tasks scheduling with existing incompleted tasks

Add a shipping module to Maximizer for UPS, FedEx and USPS like Quickbooks. s using the info.
There must be other users that need to ship items to contacts in Maximizer and have to resort to other programs and then transfer the info to customer service.

Default entry for tasks or appointments
We would like to have the ability to default the activity (and possibly other fields) in a task or appointment. The activity or subject would be text or a drop down item.

Hotlist should allow Searching on Fields - including but not limited to : Action Plan Library, Activity/Subject, Case Number, Case Subject, Opportunity Objective, Priority, Resources etc
