    why did you only prepare the new update to work on Chrome browsers. I use internet explorer. all my colors are gone, making the daily activity very cumbersome. the activity Icons don't show up in making a task so they cannot be assigned

  3. Select multiple address book entries from calendar

    We print forms for our estimators to hand write quotes while visiting clients. We currently have to right click an appointment in the calendar and view in address book then select the entry. We then go back to the calendar and do this again for the next entry and so forth until the days estimates are all printed. This was fine in desktop Max but web Max is too slow switching back and forth.

    I would like an option to select all the appointments requiring estimates and then have an option to "Select all Entries in Address Book"

  4. Colour code appointments

    Rather than using the icons, which are small, would it be possible to have some colour selection on the calendar appointments?

  5. Calendar Notes Display

    Display the Notes field for an appointment in the calendar views, as part of the mouse-over popup. Allow for the Notes to be shown or hidden via a user setting.
    This will enable the users to store and display more information with appointment items.

  6. Hide completed appointments on Calendar (and Work Day).

    The ability to hide completed appointments from the Calendar would leave the Calendar and Workday less cluttered. The Hotlist/Calendar tab in Preferences has a box to 'Show Completed Appointments'. Left unchecked it only hides the appointment from the hotlist, not the Calendar or workday.

  7. Email notification allow additional recipients

    When sending calendar notification emails, we want to include others who are not in the database. Right now the message is locked to send separately and we can't add CC or other recipients.

    Have max send out a confirmation email to a client to confirm their appointment 1-2 days prior.

    Allow for a VIEW selection so the WW# (Work Week number) is available.

  10. Custom Appointment Email Reminder Notification

    It would be great to be able to customize an entire HTML document to amend to the body of Appointment Email Reminder Notifications, so that we can customize the look of the reminder email to keep consistent with our Corporate Identity Guidelines.

  11. Ability to see (or not) Holidays on the calendar. ei. New Years, Family Day, Good Friday, etc...

    This would prevent adding something to the calendar that falls on a holiday. Or prevent from considering a certain date as it's a holiday.
    This just happened to me for Good Friday, March 25, 2016.

  12. Display an Appointment Counter

    In a busy office, where multiple team members are being scheduled, it can be useful to set a goal and a limit to the number of appointments, what might be called, "Capacity", for a given staff member, and its best to then look to the coming weeks, so as to even out the schedule.

    An Appointment Count display in the Calendar Window, would help the scheduler both strive to a Goal (7 of 10 Appointments Scheduled for example) and ensure they balance appointments.

  13. Add the 'Show in Map' feature that is in the Mobile Access to the Web Access

    There is a feature in the mobile access that allows the user to see where the appointment is by showing it in the map, this feature is not available in the WEB or LAN client.

  14. Appointment interaction with Maximizer records- be able to select additional person automatically who already has a record in user database

    When sending an email as an appointment/meeting reminder, have the ability to have a user who already is in the database to be designated automatically as an attendee to the appointment;make appointments in Maximizer interactive

  15. Appointment details including Client address & phone number need to be integrated with Outlook like in the older Maximizer versions.

    It should be interactive like in the older Maximizer versions where when you see the client information in Outlook calendar, it shows both address and phone number for that client's appointment. And when you click on the address, it takes you the phone's map app. And when you click the phone number, it enables you to call that number from the outlook calendar.

  16. Report > Print Appointment Details in the Web Access should include Appointment Note

    In the Web Access, if you do Report > Print Appointment Details, the report it produces doesn't include the Appointment Notes, whereas if you right-click on an Appointment and click Print Appointment Details, this does include the Note section!

    Report > Print Summary also doesn't include the Appointment Notes, although I expect this is by design as this is just a summary.

    The Maximizer Windows client gives you the option to “Print Summary” or “Print Full Details” which shows the Notes field, so this functionality should really be added to the Web Client.

    see above. If sending calendar appointment email that you want to modify the information, it would be nice to be able to re-send a modified one with the modified information

  18. Have the option to set all users to be visible in the calendar legend as a company default

    I would like to have all the users / locations set in the calendar legend as default set at administrator level then individual user de-select those they do not wish to see

  19. Time zone field in appointment dialog

    We would like an option to set a meeting into a certain time zone. For example, I live on the east coast but I must set a 9am meeting for my trip to the west coast. If I can set it to 9am PT, it will adjust to the right GMT automatically rather than having me remember to set it for noon ET when I schedule (back home).

  20. Creating appointments

    It would be great to have the option to send a reminder at a specific date or one week prior to appointment. Day of appt is a little late and immediately is sometimes too early.
    Also, would like to be able to create a template that can be used for the appointment confirmation so we can put our own wording in.
