  1. Timesheet for users / logging useage

    As a manager with employees working remotely, it would be helpful to have a timesheet function where management can track user log-in/log-out. Instead of asking for employees to log their hours manually, they can simply log-in and work as usual. Tracking user activity within Maximizer can also ensure proper usage and training.

  2. export documents and notes in chronilogical order into one file

    Due to Subject Access Requests we often have to print out in hard copy on single sided paper all emails, documents, notes and other files in chronological order including date stamps and headings. It would be very helpful if it were possible to do this as a report to a pdf file or similar.

  3. Allow formula fields in Dashboard indicators

    Currently, Dashboard indicators are not able to report on Formula user-defined fields.

  4. Include Notes data within Dashboard indicators

    Ability to crate Saved Searches using Notes and Documents data and filter on all the parameters and text searching fields within these data objects. This would then flow onto ability to see this "activity" at a Dashboard level.
