  1. export documents and notes in chronilogical order into one file

    Due to Subject Access Requests we often have to print out in hard copy on single sided paper all emails, documents, notes and other files in chronological order including date stamps and headings. It would be very helpful if it were possible to do this as a report to a pdf file or similar.

  2. Column report is wrapping multi-line text rather than printing separate lines

    Using v14.0 web access we have a few multi-line columns in our column setup. One has name and city and the other is opportunity description. In each case, we get this:

    Name, City: New York

    rather than:

    Name
    City: New York

    In the description of the opp put in products like this:

    Item1
    Item2
    Item3

    but in the column report or excel export, we get this:

    Item1 Item2 Item 3

    We want to preserve the line returns as we see on the screen in web access.

  4. Notes Report - Pull all/selected notes from Customer Service and Opportunities

    The Notes Report at the Address Book level can only pull "system" notes from Customer Service and Opportunities related to the AB record.

    This capability should be expanded to include all notes from the CS and Opp modules so you can create a complete summary of interactions with the AB record.

  5. Include Notes data within Dashboard indicators

    Ability to crate Saved Searches using Notes and Documents data and filter on all the parameters and text searching fields within these data objects. This would then flow onto ability to see this "activity" at a Dashboard level.

    A telephone log for all staff that easily pulls up a date range for any one or all members of staff and duration of calls. Easy to use access to how active the telesales team have been on the phone.

  8. Allow complex queries for Dashboard indicators and enable users to scale indicators

    Many people want to make a dashboard indicator from multi-select table fields and the way Maximizer uses the fields makes this useless.

    What we should be able to do is derive a bar chart or pie chart from a SQL Query. But currently you can only use a single number result from a query.

    Another common dashboard item request is to show a bar chart of the number of notes made by each user for a period of time. It’s a trivial query to write, but at the moment you have to write one for each user.
