Highlighting following tab if data is present beneath it
Can you highlight the tabs in the following windows, if there are any data behind them.
E.g. if there are opps or cs cases or notes or documents, then show the title of the respective tab in bold or perhaps with a background color, so the user can see there are items in there without having to click it.
This used to be the case somewhat in the old windows client with opps and cs cases in the following window on the bottom left, I seem to recall.
The reason for this is, particularly with documents, that now all email docs show up in interactions, but manually linked office docs or pdfs remain/end up in the documents tab and he has to check this tab to see if there is anything there; it would work faster for him if he could see that it is ‘empty’ or not by showing it in bold or otherwise.
