Web Client - Hotlist - Doesn't show Appointments
Non-completed appointments do not show in your hotlist with ‘Show Appointments’ ticked and ‘carry forward unfinished tasks’ ticked.
This needs to mimic the existing functionality in the Windows Client.

I finally started using My Work Day and now I don't get my non-completed appointments anymore...not happy.

Perhaps a preference or option to allow a user to choose to ignore old appointments that are not completed could be useful for users who are inattentive but users who actually use the system as intended are suffering from this change.

This feature was in the original Summer 2013 technology preview but removed before the final release.

This functionality needs to be returned to the product. Silly decision.

We should definitely have the option for Uncompleted appointments to be carried forward. Why weren't we told about this.

I think uncompleted appointments and tasks should carry forward in the hotlist and My Work Day regardless of windows access or web access. Perhaps optionally users could set to ignore uncompleted appointments.

This is critical as I have used Appointments in the past for important followup with clients or prospects at a predetermined date, only to realize this functionality was not there anymore lately (after installing Summer 2013) and missed an important date because it dissapeared from the Hotlist the next day, I had no way of being reminded of it as I work from the Hotlist window. A CRM is not supposed to make us have important things fall into cracks and that's one big one.

I have always used Maximizer CRM by opening in the Hotlist, with Tomorrow as my View. I can no longer do that as today's appointments are no longer shown!
Maximizer SW says that viewing old incomplete appointments in the Hotlist was a major performance hit. I agree, I have known that for many versions of Maximizer (if you deselected viewing appointments in the Hotlist in previous versions, Hotlist performance zoomed!), but being able to see incomplete appointments was very useful to me and the way I work: if I have to work on a project, I would schedule time for it. If I didn't get to it that day and didn't complete it, I would see it the next day and it would act as a reminder to get it done! As it has been part of Maximizer for as long as I can remember (I think more than the 10 years Curtis mentioned), I'm sure many other users had become used to this functionality ... and used it the same way I did.
In Maximizer CRM 12.3 (Summer 2013), choosing This Week as the view allows me to see all appointments from this week. It is a major pain as, on Monday, I end up seeing appointments all the way out to Friday and I still see completed appointments. Unfortunately, I still don't see previous appointments that have not been completed!
Until Maximizer restores this functionality (hopefully in v. 12.4 or the major release, whichever comes first) using a checkbox that says "View incomplete appointments in the Hotlist (will reduce performance)", I am going to have to use Maximizer CRM using this marginally useful workaround ... and still have to make make major changes in the way I work with Maximizer CRM! As just one example, I now have to modify about 20 Action Plans...

I agree but this was removed by design in the Windows client in the Summer 2013 release. Maybe MSI can choose whether or not to include appointments as this feature has been around for over 10 years.
