Tasks - implement UDFs in this module
Currently, if you want to add something custom to tasks (like a Task Reference number) you need to manually write it into the body of the task, or use another field that isn't for the original purpose.
Would it be possible to implement the usage of UDFs in the Tasks module?

Tasks - implement security for the Priority field
It is currently possible for any user to adjust the Priority of a task.
Would it be possible to implement security on this field so that it either can't be changed, or one of the user roles like CS or Sales Manager is required to change the priority?

Tasks - increase Priority field character limit
The current character limit for Priority in the new Tasks module is 3.
Would it be possible to increase this limit?
Even to something like 6, it would allow for greater variety and options in this field.

Tasks - additional following windows when opening records
In the new Tasks module, it is possible to click on an AB entry in the 'Name' column, as well as a Case or Opp in the 'Regarding' column, to see further Details as well as the Timeline for that entry.
This is a great feature, however it is limited to only Details and Timeline currently.
Could you add the capability to view the other following windows?

Move the Delete option from it's close proximity to the Add & Print options on the Notes tab
(& potentially other following tabs), and/or stop the Delete option having the default action of Enter to acknowledge, and/or provide an ability to Undo an accidental deletion.
A client has meant to print a note, clicked on the wrong option & then hit Enter, which is the default for deletion3 votes -

outlook integration
Adding the outlook integration tool considerably slows down outlook. Typing lags, program pauses (better than before when it used to crash). but, we are losing significant processing speed and time while working in outlook. If I remove the add in it works just fine, as soon as I add it back in the system slows down/freezes and is the same on several of our office machines so it's not just my computer. We're using the last outlook integration...we uninstalled and re-downloaded whatever was available on Maximizer around Mar13'24

Programming and automation of text message sending to our contacts.
We aim to program and automate the sending of text messages to our contacts. We want to schedule these messages in advance. While our current integration of Twilio with Maximizer allows us to send "live" text messages, our goal is to pre-schedule these messages. For instance, we could send appointment reminders to our partners via text, scheduled either one or two hours prior to the appointment or at set times.

Create ability to move a task and/or interaction from one contact to a different one
Would like to be able to associate a hotlist task with a different contact - change it from one contact or company to another without having to recreate it.

Use the results of Formula UDF in Mandatory Rules
I know that the idea of using a Formula UDF within another formula is under review, but it should be a simpler undertaking to allow the results to be used in comparison statements for Mandatory Field Rules.
We still need the other but this would be a good start.

Credit applications that can be loaded on an iPad / Tablet on the Maximizer app
Having a digital credit application in Maximizer that can be displayed and completed in front of a customer on an iPad / Tablet in Maximizer and signed using a Stylus / finger, and then saved against the customer entry in Maximizer.

outlook add in is very slow
I know you rolled out a new outlook integration on Feb29'24. That has helped to keep outlook from crashing, before that it caused so much crashing I had to remove the outlook integration add in. But, the new one is very slow, even though I have it set to synch every hour, it is slowing up my computer every few minutes. We need another upgrade.

Add "rolling date" option to tasks menu
It would be great to add an option to set a “rolling date" range in the tasks section……part of the custom date like in hotlists
This is available in hotlist section but is there somehow to set it under the task menu as well? It would actually be a great idea to add this anywhere that dates are an option but especially to do list sections like hotlist/task/activities/etc

bulk saving old emails, syncing with Maximizer, when using the new version of Outlook
I am using the new version of Outlook. Maximizer will not allow me to 'bulk save' old emails, I can save emails 1 by 1 per client!!! However, this functionality exists for users who are using the old version of Outlook. I would like the same functionality.

Audit the deletion of appointments and tasks
When Outlook Integration is used, there are instances where Maximizer appointments are discovered missing, both from Outlook and Maximizer calendars. There is currently no method of detecting when an appointment was deleted or who/what caused the deletion. Since the Audit Log tracks deletions, request from the customer states that Auditing should track deletion of appointments as well. The new Maximizer Connect may mitigate "unknown" appointment deletions but tracking them is still requested.

warning message deleting leads process
When deleting a process for leads/opportunities/accounts, display a warning message that it will orphan opps/accts/leads that currently use that process. Ideally, prevent the deletion of a process unless if it's used. Prevent the deletion of the Default Process

System Logging Notes to follow security group of logged-in user
Currently, when a user creates or updates an appointment, task, opportunity, etc., the logging note created defaults to Public for Full Access. Customers want it changed to follow the Default Entry settings of the user. If the user doesn't specify Full Access for a security group, then default it to Public.

Add Favorite List dialog to default to Default Entry of user
This dialog defaults to logged-in user despite security setup and default entries. Make this dialog follow logged-in users' default entries.

Retain format of phone notes when opened in Notes section
Phone notes appear unformatted when view as a regular Note in the Notes tab. Make the phone note formatting consistent whether viewed in Notes or Interactions
