When a Note Category is Assigned, Team gets a notification
It would be great, that if when certain note categories are assigned, the team gets notified automatically by email. Often a Client Problem, or Client WIN must be communicated to the entire team, so that appropriate actions can be taken. Having to create the note, then email details manually to the team takes twice as long, and feels very redundant. Creating a task doesn't feel like it fits either, if there is no activity needed and the task can only be assigned to one person at a time.
