Custom Tab to allow inclusion of Opportunities and/or Customer Service Cases
Currently you can include Company/Contact Info & Keyfield layouts, & Notes - being able to show Opportunities and/or Customer Service Cases would give a more comprehensive view of the status of a client on the one tab

I agree with John M. Tabs are good to read very specific content. But the CUSTOM TAB would regroup all information that is important to the specific user, quick view of all that matters.
Every single tab available in Maximizer should be included in the list of widgets.

Jin, I believe that the reason users want additional widgets is to work all in one place, So they don't have to move from tab to tab in order to review documents, notes, UDF's, Opps, CS, etc., but to have it all in the custom tab.

For the opportunity and case widgets, would you like to see the details of the opportunities / cases like the following tabs or summary information such as total opportunities, how many of them are won or in progress, total revenue etc.

The widget for showing or adding documents will be available in next release. Editing key fields will come later. Currently, we have multiple places to show notes and documents, including Notes and Documents following tab, History tab and Notes and Documents widget. Which place would you prefer to view and work with notes and documents? Would you prefer separate them like Notes and Documents widget or a single place like History where you can see everything?

I suggest to add the User Define field in the widget. We liked to work with contact info, note and user define fields in previous version

We also need widgets to add Documents and Custom Key Fields to the Custom Tab.
