Reinstate the ability to use column views when moving a contact
The ability to use a specific column view when moving a contact has been removed in the recent CRM Live 2018 update. Due to the data layout, several of our customers are now having to edit the target company name, move the contact and then rename it back so this is a step backwards.
I can kind of see how an improvment would be to enable to adjust the column setup to include and sort the fields you need here, specifically if your role is to move records from one company to another.
An example, if I had a contact from GE who had moved to Seimens UK, Seimens has 400 locations in that country alone.

The ability to view companies by department is critical when moving or adding a contact, as many of our "companies" are individual departments within universities and therefore have identical company names and can only be identified as distinct by knowing the department name.
