Drag & Drop Emails from Outlook to save inside Maximizer
Right now, dragging an email from Outlook saves only the subject of the email.

This is probably not possible to do in web. But we will continue doing research on how to make this process easier.

Maximizer is focussing on the web client, so I am afraid that your votes are no good here.
For those windows client users I can recommend to use the email tab inside Maximizer, but be careful not to have thousands of emails in your Outlook inbox or subfolders on your Exchange server, because it causes the system to halt every time it refresh the email folder view.
I have found it useful to move most of my emails to local PST files, in order to keep the number of files on the server at a decent low level, and that helps.
Must admit it is not an elegant solution, and I will move to the web client solution as soon as Maximizer has implemented some needed improvements and bug fixes there. Realize that I will be missing the ability to access my CRM database when offline, but the benefits overshadow the dissadvanteges in my view. -

Older Maximizer versions automatically saved a Note in the Note section with Date, Time, Subject and Email addresses the email was sent to when you saved an email from Outlook to Maximizer. Now with version 12 a note is no longer made automatically which is a huge step backwards. Please restore the automatic note that used to be made when saving an email to a contact from Outlook through the Outlook integration feature.

If this feature (Drag and Drop emails) is taken onboard, it is essential you can Drag and Drop emails into Documents tabs of either Address Book, Opportunities and Customer Service.
