  1. multi-currency

    Majority of our sales are in the US/CANADA/EUROPE and it would be nice to be able to set different currencies in the Opportunities instead of only have the option to do 1

  2. Prevent opportunities from being saved with no process set

    Right now (in CRM Live) if there are multiple sales processes defined you can open an opportunity, set or leave the process field to blank, and save the opportunity. This results in an opp with no process or stage set.

    For clients where opps are created via the API, they are ALL coming in without process (because processes/stages can't be set via api) so it's messing with their reporting.

  3. Show address book history under an opportunity record

    From web access I would like to be able to see my address book history while viewing an opportunity. This could be additional filter options in the history tab itself or a separate address book history tab that follows the opportunity. The windows client presented three tabs and facilitated seeing the address book notes while you were on an opportunity. From web access we have more navigation to do the same thing.

    When importing into Opportunities, option needed to turn off "name casing" like the address book import

  5. Ability to add contact e-mail column to opportunities

    There is no option to add the contact e-mail into opportunities.
    You can add the company e-mail however when following up opportunities and exporting information for various functions, it would be handy to have this option as surely most people want to contact the actual contact assigned rather than the main company e-mail.

    This is imperative to our business.

  6. Implement a Quote Management Module in Maximizer

    There is no feasible way to create quotes in Maximizer, which is losing us potential customers. A company who uses Maximizer should be able to create a quote based on a product catalogue that actually connects to the Opportunity Management System rather then an unsupported/old order desk solution that is not a fitting function.

    We have launched several integrations with Accounting and Quoting applications that allow you to enter the contact information once in Maximizer CRM Live and then have it appear in your preferred quoting app, and then in Maximizer CRM LIve be able to see the quotes and invoices that were created. More integrations are coming to Maximizer CRM Live and are accessible through the App Directory.

    Additionally, there is an excel based quoting tool that allows you to customise your quotes as needed.

  7. Save Selected Emails to Customer Service Cases & Opportunities

    We can currently save Emails to Client or Contact records. We can also, through the Maximizer CRM Email window, start a new Customer Service Case or Opportunity.

    It would be great to to be able to also save an email directly to a CS Case or an Opp. That way, users could directly save Emails to the relevant CS Case or Opportunity.

    With Winter 12, emails can now be saved to case or opportunity from Outlook using the integration piece.
