  1. Link new appointments to case, opp or lead

    The ability to now add appointments and tasks directly on the Today page of the mobile app is huge!
    1. Providing the ability to link them to a lead, case or opp
    2. Conflict resolution honouring the desktop
    3. Sending email or email with ICS
    The above would truly make the app "mobile"

  2. Need to be able to view the UDF's in the mobile app, and as much access as possible as the desktop/ last version of the app

  3. Allow the mobile app some basic functions

    I would like to be able to easily look up contacts on my phone, call them and/or email them from my phone. At present, the phone mobil app is nearly unusable to me.

    To become truly mobile we need the ability to delete appointments and tasks in the mobile app.

  5. Clickable links in mobile app

    Unable to click on a URL in mobile app and launch that site. We are focused on having a formula URL bring up a dashboard in a BI tool but even the website URL is not clickable. We are allowed to copy but that is clumsy relative to having the formula URL (and all URLs) be active.

  6. Create a native Mobile App for Android and iOS

    Although the Mobile website of Maximizer works okay, I would like to see a native app built for Maximizer Mobile. This would stay on your device and could provide offline access to contacts. You could build it a lot like the app that was designed for Blackberry but extend it to Android and iOS platforms.

  7. Access saved emails from smartphones

    Include the ability to view saved email documents in the Maximizer web or Windows client in MaxMobile and Mobile Access as well.

    Viewing saved email documents is now available in the Maximizer CRM 12 Summer 2012 Release! This is available in Maximizer CRM Live, Group and Enterprise editions’ Mobile Access.

  8. On the Mobile Address Book, Allow you to set the default to Company instead of Last Name

    When you go to the address book, it is always set to last name. It would be nice to set the default as company search as well as have Contacts checked off.

  10. When you create an icon for MobileAccess on your iPhone, have a customized icon appear

    Something small, but if you add your MaximizerMobileAccess site to your iPhone, it'd be nice to have a Maximizer-looking icon. See:

    In addition, there will be explicit instructions to prompt users to ‘Add Mobile Access to Home Screen’ … this is now available in our Summer Release!

  11. On the mobile web client when you use a touch device the option you touch should open.

    Instead of having to find a touch button the side of the screen and hope that it is lined up with say ..the Company that you are trying to open, touching the Company name should open the company.
