  1. Excel Add-In

    Provide an add-in for Excel, similar to the Word add-in which is supplied with Maximizer. This would allow the use of Excel for quotes or other documents which would have addresses or other information linked to the Maximizer database.

  2. Zapier integration with the Leads module

    Zapier integration with the new leads module is currently not available, would be great to add this endpoint for the leads module for integrations moving forward.

  3. Make an addin for Outlook Web (Outlook via browser) and Maximizer Web

    When users use Maximizer Web and do not have a thick Outllok client installed there is no integration. "Pure" web usage.

    We need an addin for Outlook Web (owa) and Maximizer Web in the same format as we have for Maximizer Web and Outlook (Windows client).

    It does not make sense that the user needs a Windows Outlook client for integration when we want to push the use of Maximizer Web.

  4. Company library in Outlook toolbar

    The Company Library is a great, if underused part of Maximizer. If you were to allow users to attach documents from the company library to an email using the Outlook toolbar - then it would become instantly more useful to many users.

  6. recalculate formula UDFs

    Recalculate Formula UDFs. I want the ability to selectively recalculate UDFs because we enter numeric sales data into UDFs using MTI and the formula fields don't update unless we go into field set up (and recalulate the entire list) or open and close each record. Ideally we'd have the ability to recalculate the selected list or all entries.

  7. Improve the Add a Case functionality in the Outlook toolbar

    When adding a case from an email using the Outlook toolbar - it would be great to be able to select the product and category for the case.

  8. Create Contact From Outlook

    When using the outlook toolbar to Create Contact, you cannot edit/populate the address, phone or email addresses.
    It would be very handy to be able to do this especially if you are creating a contact from an incoming email.

  9. Ability to modify built-in email templates

    When we book appointments, an email is sent to client. I would like to be able to modify the contents by default, including adding removing fields, not having to modify every email each time.

  10. Open a docx document and save it back to Maximizer word document (update in stead off creating a new copy)

    When you open a MS Word document from Maximizer you can edit this document. But when you save this document back to Maximizer a new copy is added to the documents tab in Maximizer. We would really like to see a save option to update the same document in Maximizer.

    Because on opening the document in MS Word, the name is changed by adding tmp to the name it can't be updated back to Maximizer.

  11. Ability to set Case Type when creating Customer service case in Outlook

    When creating a new customer service case from an email in Maximizer using the Outlook toolbar add in, it's not currently possible to set the Case Type field.

    It would be useful to have some customisation of the information that you can provide when creating the customer service case in Outlook, with Case Type being a good example.

  12. Microsoft Outlook for Apple Addin - support for iPad and Apple products

    Would love to see the Word and Outlook Addin included in MS Word for Apple. Cant be that difficult?

    SalesForce has a product called Chatter
    Slack allows for this type of integration.
    So either allow integration on Live & legacy OR create an insystem chat app?

  14. Full Support (ie Windows & Web Access) for MS Office 64-bit

    We were told last year (http://suggestions.maximizer.com/forums/123601-feature-suggestions-for-maximizer-crm/suggestions/2911748-support-for-outlook-64-bit) that Maximizer would have support for 64-bit Office in Winter 2012. Winter 2012 Web Access had 64-bit support but there was no Windows Access support for 64-bit Outlook.

    I just installed Summer 2013 CTP and there was no mention of 64-bit Outlook support for Windows Access.

    When will MSI offer full support for 64-bit Office on both Windows Access and Web Access?

  15. Save email to Opportunity in the Maximizer Outlook App

    Currently, you can only save an email to an Opportunity in the desktop version of Outlook using the Maximizer tab.

    It's not possible to do this using the Outlook integration in the App Directory - please can we have this functionality as non-Windows Office 365 users rely on the App to integrate emails with Maximizer.

  16. Integration of Maximizer and MS OneNote

    Provide integration of OneNote and Maximizer so that hand written notes (or other notes) from a tablet can be tied to the contact or the appointment in Maximizer.

  17. Office 365 integration Save Email to Documents Tab

    The Office 365 integration is great in the ability to create an Opportunity, but the Save Email option is lacking in that it only saves to Notes, & not the Documents tab as well as it should, so attachments etc are available.

  18. Outlook AddIn / AddOn / Integration to be able to create appointments

    At the moment the Outlook AddIn is able to create a task based on the currently selected email.

    We'd like to see the ability to also create appointments based on the currently selected entry. At the same time the appointment gets created a link to that address book entry in Maximizer should be created.

  19. Please add the option of including the persons job title/ position, when entering a client direct from outlook to Maximizer.

    Please add the option of including the persons job title/ position, when entering a client direct from outlook to Maximizer. The current template which pops up only allows you to post the person's name and company and not their position within the organisation. This makes for a lot of extra work having to go and add this once the entry appears in maximize. It is a minor change with a huge impact. Thank you.
