    It would make sense if we can by import set checking duplicates by email, VAT number and other UDF.

  2. Option to include/exclude completed tasks from the hotlist

    A check box that allows the user to hide/show completed tasks. Where you have a large number of tasks, or you are viewing a wide range of dates, completed tasks tend to muddle the view and removing them from the list each time you refresh is an irritation.

    [implemented] Hi, we’ve implemented this already. You can go to Hotlist and then click the filter icon (around the top right corner of the window. From there you can uncheck to option to show completed tasks. This will give you the view you are looking for. Hope this helps.

  3. Audit trail to track which records are deleted or exported

    I have a customer who would like to be able to see who has been deleting records and which ones they have deleted and tracking exporting of records. This is very important if a person with full rights is leaving the company and potentially taking data with them to a competitor.

  7. Automatically format phone number when entered manually

    Phone numbers are often copied from emails or websites and pasted into Maximizer. If the formatting is not manually changed to the standard format of (000) 000-0000, lists and entries are inconsistent. It would be very helpful to have the phone number fields apply the standard formatting of (000) 000-0000 regardless of how the number was entered, much like the way a manual entry of an Outlook contact is handled. For example, all of the following entries would be reformatted to (604) 601-8000:
    a. 6046018000 (currently this the ONLY formatting entry that does this)
    b. 604.601.8000
    c. 604-601-8000
    d. (604)601-8000…

  8. Dashboard - drill down

    Would be great to have the ability to drill down on a dashboard pie wedge (from a maximizer search catalog) and display the corresponding data in the address book.

  9. Add a User Defined Field (UDF) Sort Button

    Almost every one of my UDF Tables Lists is out of order. It seems that the minute you manually edit a UDF Tables list order, it is never the same again. Please add a SORT button to the UDF Setup window. I am tired of sitting for hours nudging each UDF, item by item into its proper alphabetical order over and over again by using the Move Up/Down buttons.

  10. Adding contact name to calendar appointment by default

    Please put the contact name in the calendar appointment box by default. I'm constantly having to open my appointments to see who it is with, unless I'm on my iphone where it is integrated.

  11. Multi-day Appointments

    Right now, there's no direct option to book multi-day appointments. The work around is to make a 'daily' recurring appointment and set the start/end date accordingly.

    For example, booking appointments for vacation, multi-day conferences, etc.

  12. Save Selected Emails to Customer Service Cases & Opportunities

    We can currently save Emails to Client or Contact records. We can also, through the Maximizer CRM Email window, start a new Customer Service Case or Opportunity.

    It would be great to to be able to also save an email directly to a CS Case or an Opp. That way, users could directly save Emails to the relevant CS Case or Opportunity.

    With Winter 12, emails can now be saved to case or opportunity from Outlook using the integration piece.

  13. Pin the Maximizer shortcut to the Windows 7 taskbar properly

    If you pin the Maximizer shortcut to the Windows 7 taskbar, it adds the icon correctly, but when you open Maximizer, it puts another icon to the right instead of putting a border round the existing icon, which is the correct way to display open programs in Windows 7.

    Steps to reproduce:
    Right-click the shortcut for Maximizer (MaxWin.exe) and select "Pin to Taskbar"
    Click on the Maximizer icon on the taskbar to launch Maximizer.
    Another icon appears to the right.
    Pin any other program (eg: Microsoft Word) to the taskbar and launch it.

  15. When you create an icon for MobileAccess on your iPhone, have a customized icon appear

    Something small, but if you add your MaximizerMobileAccess site to your iPhone, it'd be nice to have a Maximizer-looking icon. See:

    In addition, there will be explicit instructions to prompt users to ‘Add Mobile Access to Home Screen’ … this is now available in our Summer Release!

  16. Saving emails with attachments

    There should be something visual to let the user know that the email saved in the documents tab has an attachment. Currently we need to open each one at a time.

    Icon improvements are always a work in progress. In Winter 12 we have extended icon support allowing you, in some cases, to select your own (such as in Appointments and Tasks). In other areas, R&D is looking at revamping the UI to bring consistency to the application which will include some newer icons.

  18. Possibilite to turn a UDF's like mandatory only if other UDF's or Basic Field was selected

    For example: If I select the field A (independent this be a BF or UDF) I want that the field B and C being mandatory.

    Enhanced Web Forms is now available in Web Access (Group and Enterprise editions) and Maximizer CRM Live in our Summer Release!

  20. On the mobile web client when you use a touch device the option you touch should open.

    Instead of having to find a touch button the side of the screen and hope that it is lined up with say ..the Company that you are trying to open, touching the Company name should open the company.
