  2. Integration with Seamless.ai.

    A list of prospects in Seamless.ai can be imported into Maximizer CRM. Set up company and then a contact within that company. Check if company already exists before setting up a new company record.

  3. Dynamic CC in Campaign Email Activity

    Currently, when campaign emails get sent out, it's possible to add a CC recipient, but it's static.

    A lot of the time, the contact may have multiple emails listed in their contact information - sometimes their assistant's email may be listed there.

    It would be great if a single email notification went out to the contact's primary listed email, but then also allow for adding secondory/tertiary contact emails as cc recipients.

  4. leads default entry

    Default entries are a powerful way of improving data quality. It would be great to have the option to set defaults for Lead entries

  5. Excel import restriction by module

    I need to give access to certain users to excel export their opportunity or service case, but want to restrict address book download. I need to have a track on user level data export to excel.

  8. Allow individuals to change the default "read and full access" within the "add a note" feature

    For Advisors and Assistants (or anyone who works with a team), allow the default "read access" and "full access" to be changed. Our team wishes to have team access when they "add a note" to a contact. Otherwise no one else can see it

  9. Outlook calendar email

    When confirm when sending email is enabled in the Outlook add-in preferences, a prompt appears when sending an appointment email invitation originating in Outlook. However; when you select any of the Save email and save to... options an error appears "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." If you are not able to save the email to Maximizer then I suggest disabling the save to feature when sending Outlook appointment invitations.

  10. household

    In the Financial Advisor edition, add the option to have individual contact info under the household to carry through to show under the household as well. Espeicllay for the date last contacted field, this would make one entry instead of three. Other feilds this could apply to that would be helpful would be the account details and for notes.

  11. Allow for custom icons to be added to the quick access menu.

    As the title says! It would make it easier to identify your possible selections.

  16. Address book - auto search discontinued in April 21, 2021 upgrade. WHY?

    Removing this feature makes navigating in address book very cumbersome. Our entire office is not impressed with this change. Is there a way to change this back immediately to the great feature of auto typing to bring up the next client? Our entire office is not happy with this change.

  17. Add additional service providers to the VOIP integration

    My company uses OOMA Office as our VOIP provider. It would be great if the VOIP integration could accept more providers.

  18. Disable multiple attachments when saving email

    There is an option to include attachments when saving emails from Outlook to Maximizer but this is only available when saving 1 email at a time. When selecting multiple emails the feature is disabled. I suggest making it available for single or multi email selections.

  19. Address book - auto search when in address book view

    The upgrade implemented Apr2021 has removed the address book search functionality where you can start typing the name of contact or entry you wish to locate and the list automatically jumps to that name in the address book list. I've spoken to support and was told this feature was removed, and now the only way to search or 'jump to' a client name quickly is to access the search bar at the top. For us, this means leaving the address book, entering the name and picking one which then changes my default address book view so I then have to…

    Add ‘Priority’ and ‘Case Reason’ to the Outlook plugin when clicking 'Create Case' from the Outlook Plugin.
    At the moment its not possible , and the user creates a ticket from an email received, but then needs to go into the portal to change a priority etc
