Add an Un-Delete facility for recovering records deleted by mistake
When deleting a Contact I have inadvertently deleted the whole company record.
The only way to recover the record is to have my Maximizer Consultant recover the backup then re-mount the entire database before he can transfer the record at a cost of almost $700.
An Un-Delete option is the solution to this expensive inconvenient issue. Daria was planning this enhancement in 2016, has there been progress??12 votes -
Ability to change the color scheme
I've had some requests from my team to be able to change the highlighted column (or other) colors in Max CRM live.We just want to be able to change the general color scheme and customize it for each.Changing anything in the color scheme would be nice. Our employees are accustomed to the offline version up until a couple of years ago. We could previously change anything in the color scheme.

Link Client Service Cases to 'how-to' Knowledge Base articles
We have many different processes for the firm. When we create a new case, we always tag it with a specific "Products / Services" selection. We want that to automatically link to Knowledge Base articles connected to the same "Products / Services" (or "Categories")
Then, the "view in knowledge base" button on a case can link to the how-to article that is appropriate for it.

Custom Tab to allow inclusion of Opportunities and/or Customer Service Cases
Currently you can include Company/Contact Info & Keyfield layouts, & Notes - being able to show Opportunities and/or Customer Service Cases would give a more comprehensive view of the status of a client on the one tab

Transfer Hotlist Activity to Call Subject - MIA in Web Access
In Windows Access, the Hotlist Activity field was transferred to the Call Subject. In Web Access, this does not occur.
Please add this feature to Web Access, it would save tens of thousands of clicks every month: open Hotlist, copy activity, paste into subject field, etc.

Notification Toasts for Date fields
It does not appear possible to create a toast\notification for Date fields. Could this be added in a future release - just the population \ change of a date would be sufficient?

Maximizer Unicode
Maximizer needs to be a fully unicode compliant application. When integrated with other tool, the records created by synchronization contain often ??? instead of Chinese or Japanese characters.

To assist Users in complying with CASL., the "Opt-in email type" field should be an available field for Global Edit and Importing
We're about to begin migrating several thousand customer entries and want to use the "Opt-in email type" field in order to comply with anti-spam legislation. We're not able to see the "Opt-in email type" field under the Global Edit options. Is the only option to manually change individual records? It would be beneficial to have the "Opt-in email type" field available as an import field as well.

Allow Yes/No fields without default
Please allow Yes/No fields which are empty until a deliberate Yes/No choice is made. At present when a new entry is created all the Yes/No fields are populated with their default values automatically (and in the case of Opp and CS entries a whole set of history notes are logged "User U set the field F to X"). There are situations in which this behaviour of defaulting a field (and logging notes) is wrong, and not just misleading. For example in a customer feedback application it can appear that the customer has answered all questions because all the Yes/No fields…

Dependent List field values
Possibility to link 2 drop down lists to filter the second one values based on the first one.
Field 1:
- A
- B
- C
- DField 2:
- A1
- A2
- A3
- B1
- B2
- B3
- C1
- C2
- ...if B is selected on field 1, field 2 must display only B1, B2 and B3.

Linking a task to multiple contacts
Would like to see the ability to link a task to multiple contacts using a global edit function.

Add a date box when adding a global note or any global edit function.
Currently the date must be manually changed in any global note.

Access Partner Info within Opportunity
Once a partner has been assigned to an Opportunity, it would be useful to have access to the partner's information from within the opportunity module. At the moment the only info available seems to be the partner's name.

Use keyboard to move through UDF's - not just the mouse!
We need to be able to quickly move through our UDF's and enter data. It is taking much to long to open each UDF, check off the appropriate items, click ok and wait for it to close. Before switching to Maximizer LIve we were able to use the keyboard to move from one field to the next and make our selections. It was MUCH quicker!

UDF visibility based on field based formula rule
Allow rule based visibility of UDFs (similar to rule based mandatory status of UDFs). For example, UDF is hidden, but make it visible (unhidden) if field based rule returns true. E.g. UDF First Enquiry Date is Hidden, but make it visible if Category = Customer.

Ability to create a memo field UDF
Add the option to create a Memo type (nvarchar(max)) field as a UDF. The maximum length for a UDF is currently 255
