  4. Allow for customization of any fields I want to show in auto emails for service cases

    Currently the Service Case email receipts only show X data.

    You should allow for customization in the ADMIN section in regards to all the fields I want to show as well as add LOGIC

    it is really painful to have to upload each document one at a time.

    zen desk allows for drag and drop multiple files, same with zoho

  10. Add the company name field to consolidated activity report details

    Currently the details list only date time and note. Adding the company name to this detail report would be beneficial as you can't link to the record itself.

  11. Client Logo on login screen

    Please add the ability to change the
    clients login screen with their own company logo.
    Ideally it would be nice to modify the screen further, but at least being able to change the logo in a similar fashion to the on-premise version.
