Outlook Integration - assigning cases when creating
When using the integration to Create a Case, it is not currently an option available to assign an owner.
Could this option be added?

MailChimp Tags
Can the MailChimp tags be added to the standard MailChimp integration with Maximizer?
I see this being added as a single table user defined field into the existing MailChimp folder
Adding support for this would allow you update and search in Maximizer the MailChimp tags

Outlook Integration - syncing reoccurring appointments
The Outlook Integration can synchronise re-occurring appointments, but only if an end date is included.
If not then it causes problems, either the appointments won't sync (other than the first one) or the subsequent appointments can be deleted in Outlook (if Maximizer Override is selected).
It would be good to have a warning included that comes up if reoccurring appointments are started without an end date, otherwise users might be oblivious to this problem.

Improved Integration with Google calendar
We use google calendar as a way for some of the crews to access their daily schedules, get directions to the job and view a Dropbox link to view related files. Each sales person is linked to all the jobs scheduled for the day so that they know where the crews will be and can stop in at any job if they are in the area.
I would like to see the output to Google calendar include the address of the client so that the mapping feature of Google Calendar will work.

Parser for LinkedIn and/or XING
A customer of us is interested in a parser that would extract information from XING and/or LinkedIn similiar to an addon he used for a different CRM software that he used before changing to Maximizer CRM.
As XING and LinkedIn are getting more and more important for todays business it would be a great help to keep contact informatio up to date. A possible parser (might be an AddOn) would help them to add contacts/companies/individuals faster and therefore save money.7 votes -

Zap pollling action that triggers just once
I’ve created a zap that triggers when a case is polled and a field is set to Yes. I’m wondering if there is a setting that would trigger this zap only one time.
The use case is this.
I have a Yes/No field for ACCEPTED which is a specific request applied to cases. When a case is first set to ACCPETED = Yes we want this email to go out. That works fine as is.
Later, if a user edits the case, the ACCEPTED value remains Yes and another email goes out. Can we suppress the 2nd…6 votes -

Printing labels or envelopes off CRM Live 2018
The current process of printing an envelope or label is long and tedious, unlike the crm 2017 editor based printing which was much quicker. In our business -travel medical insurance sales- we still develop a lot of paper documents to be mailed out along with our annual wall calendars.
Surely there is a quicker way of getting an envelope or label printed. since I'm not the IT guy, that's your forte.4 votes
